Hello All,

The scope of literature is limitless. This weekend we try to touch on those aspects of literature which may seem unconventional. Alfaaz welcomes you to a talk with Mr Gaurav Solanki, an IIT Roorkee alumnus who is famous for writing various novels, poetry, screenplays for movies, and lyrics for songs. His primary focus is writing in the movies.

Still, he has increased his horizon by releasing his first book, a short-story collection, Gyrahvin-A ke Ladke, which was released at the Jaipur Literature Festival in 2018. His debut poetry book, Sau Saal Fida, received the Bharatiya Jnanpeeth Navelkhan Award. He has composed songs for several Bollywood films and penned various the critically appraised works including film "Article 15" and the web show "Tandav."

The Media and Cultural Council in association with Shivani Center invites you to an exciting evening, to explore an eccentric journey and to experience the magic of literature. The details of the events are as below:
