FEJI

FEJI The Forum of Environmental Journalists in India (FEJI) is a registered public, charitable Trust, based in Bangalore, India.

Its honorary Trustees and Executive Committee members are professional, Indian journalists. FEJI has a network of over five hundred working journalists countrywide and has affiliations with prominent media persons and organizations in South Asia. FEJI was initially founded in Mumbai in 1988 by Darryl D'Monte, at the instance of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and Pacific

(UNESCAP), Bangkok. With a long history of active work in the field of journalism and media training, FEJI has now reconstituted itself in Bangalore in 2012, while its Mumbai operations are currently winding down. Darryl D'Monte continues as Chairman of FEJI.
