My fascination with Palak Paneer began during my trip to Moscow, where I had the pleasure of trying this delectable dish at a fantastic Indian restaurant. Ever since then, I've been yearning to recreate that wonderful experience in my own kitchen. And what better place to do it than the stunning beaches of Goa!

Rajesh, with his local expertise and culinary wisdom, will guide me through the process of making this classic Indian delicacy.
