I have been asked this question many times, and here is my logic. As the owner of our social media agency, I'd like to let you know why we have adopted a hybrid work environment.
Work should be a place of progress rather than sacrifice.

Growing up, my dad would work 6 days a week over 12 hours a day and my mom some months worked 7 days a week, they deserved time with their family.

This is not the community I want to build around my company.

I understand there are certain businesses like hospitality, education, manufacturing etc. where this is not possible, but where it can be should have the option.

My special dog’s need was one of the reasons to start this business and provide flexibility.

Our hiring process is more focused on identifying and recruiting individuals with good intent and are self-driven. The entire team works extensively on Discord, and we share memes and jokes to bond.

Productivity and Focus: By giving our employees the choice to work from home, we empower them to create the ideal workspace for their needs.

Work-Life Balance: We understand that our employees have diverse responsibilities and personal commitments outside of work. We help them achieve better balance in their professional and personal lives, reducing stress and enhancing overall job satisfaction.

Health and Safety: Time to take care of loved ones, children, the elderly, pets, and themselves; being able to find the time to meditate, go to the gym, etc.

Reduced Commute: By eliminating or reducing the need for daily commutes, we save our employees time and contribute to a greener environment by reducing carbon emissions.

Cost Savings: Employees can save on commuting expenses, while we can reduce overhead costs associated with maintaining a physical office.

As the dynamics of urban living change and technology innovates, it is important to create workspaces with empathy for humans and all living!

Doing business online is now the default. With all the smartphone sales, a customer has the world in his/her palm. The pandemic has changed customer behaviour and consumption patterns and if businesses refrain from adopting the change, they will eventually face a decline in sales and growth.

I would say a functional, updated website is your virtual office and virtual identity that the prospect would want to know about.

Every other platform is a borrowed space for the display.

So, the moment you think that it's okay for me to 'not have a website ' is the moment you absolutely need a website, regardless of how big a social media presence you have.

There are many examples of our customers who initially had reservations, are now after getting a website that is great to look at, as well as functional and customer-centric are reaping the benefits during these volatile times and in fact, are able to do so much more with their business offering.... resulting in sales and growth.

Reels can be fast paced and the audience in a different mindset when watching them.
