APPREHENDED ONE ACCUSED WHO IS CHEATING GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE NAME OF BLACK MAGIC

On 27-09-2024, on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South-East Zone Team, Hyderabad along with the staff of Bandlaguda PS apprehended one person who is cheating general public in the name of black magic.

ACCUSED PARTICULARS:

Ilyas Ahmed @ Mohd Ilyas Ahmed, S/o Valiuddin Masodi, Age 42 years, Occ: Black Magic/Clothes Iron, R/o Near Chilla, Jahangirabad, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, N/o Narayanpet, Mahboob Nagar.

SEIZED PROPERTY:
1) Black Magic Material (Photos, threads etc)
2) Net Cash of Rs. 8000/-
3) One Vivo Mobile Phone

MODUS OPERANDI:
Investigation reveals that, the above accused person is a native of Narayanpet, Mahaboob Nagar. In the year 2012 he came to Hyderabad for livelihood and resided various localities in city. Since then he is cheating public in the name of Black Magic. Since 2 months he took one rental house at Near Chilla, Jahangirabad, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad and cheating innocent people by saying he will do black magic with their photos and cure the deceases and family & financial problems and collecting huge amounts.

The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri K.N. Prasad Varma, Inspector of Police, South-East Task Force, Sri K. Satyanarayana, SHO of Bandlaguda PS, by SI’s Sri M. Madhu, Sk. Kaviuddin and Sri P. Sairam and the Team of South-East Task Force along with staff of Bandlaguda PS.

While checking the vehicles at kulkacharla mandal center vikarabad dist the kulkacharla police caught adulterated tea powder being taken for sale. During the inspection of the vehicles, two full bags were found with a person riding a bike and after checking them, the bike was seized along with 260 kg of adulterated tea powder and taken to the police station. When inquired about where the adulterated tea powder is being brought from, Suresh from the center of Ganded mandal said that he was doing business in the tea powder and brought it to sell as there is a market for culture, SI said. When asked from where they were getting the adulterated tea powder, Suresh told them that Venkata Prasad was supplying the tea powder from there, so he went there and conducted investigations and arrested a person named Venkata Prasad and registered a case against both Suresh and Venkata Prasad....

All Worth RS.1,04,65,700/- (One Crore Four Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Seven hundred Rupees)*

2. MOHD NADEE* , Age 21, R/o Wadala, West Mumbai, N/o Bihargunj (Post), Sadar (Thahsil), Prathapgharh (Dist.), UP. (Peddler)

3. MOHD SAQLAIN* , Age 24, R/o Kolaba, South Mumbai, N/o Devlaha (V), Patti (Thahsil), Prathagharh (Dist.), UP. - (Peddler)

4. MOHD SALEEM Age 24, R/o Wadala, East Mumbai, N/o Saraimahasingh (V), K***a (Thahsil), Prathapgarh (Dist.). (Peddler)

5.PRASHANTH SINGH , Age 22, R/o Cenema Road Takkargunj, N/o Saraibheemsen, Prathapgarh, UP.(Peddler)

The accused Thakur Sachin Singh is resident of Sultanpur Dist., UP. He associated with Vinod Kumar Yadav R/o. Jhanpur Dist., UP East and transporting Dry G***a since 5 yrs from Araku Valley of AP to Uttar Pradesh. During the last 3 months they have visited Araku Valley of AP and purchased Dry G***a i.e., 100 KGs, 90 KGs and 80 KGs from a person by name Raju, R/o Odisha and the above material was sold to Amit Singh R/o Prathapghar Dist., UP. Recently Thakur Sachin Singh have purchased .32 Pistol (Country Made) with 11 Rounds from one Sunil Singh R/o Pratapghar Dist., UP for Rs. 1,00,000/- and since then he used to keep the weapon along with him while transporting Dry G***a.
On 06.09.2024 Thakur Sachin Singh called his known peddlers from Mumbai Nadeem, Saqlain & Saleem to es**rt his vehicle from Araku to Hyd. On his call Mumbai Peddlers reached Vijayawada by Ertiga Car.
Sachin, Vinod & Ravi and Prashanth Singh joined with Mumbai Peddlers at Vijayawada on 7th, and they reached Araku Valley on 08.09.2024 and contact main supplier Raju and purchased Dry G***a of 254 KGs. They have to deliver 150 KGs to Amit Singh R/o Prathapghar Dist., UP. Another 100 KGs Mumbai Peddlers. They used to transport the Dry G***a to Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai from Araku Valley via Hyderabad (Via ORR).
As usual on 10.09.2024 while they reached Hyderabad and stopped their cars for shifting 100 KGs G***a to Mumbai Peddlers car on Service Road at ORR near Rajendranagar PS limits.
On reliable information the SOT Rajendranagar team along with Rajendranagar Police intercepted two vehicles Br. No’s. MH 01 EE 4530 & OD 33 V 3204 at ORR service road Near Exit No. 17 in which the vehicle Br. No. OD 33 V 3204 contains 254 KGs Dry G***a packets and another vehicle Br. No. MH 01 EE 4530 is Piloting Main vehicle. On seeing the police two persons Vinod Kumar Yadav and Ravinder Yadav were fled away from the scene. Further the police apprehended five respondents and seized 254 KGs Dry G***a, .32 Country Made Pistol from Thakur Sachin Singh with 11 rounds along with two vehicles.
On detail verification it is came to know that the they fixed a fake number OD 33 V 3204 in place of MH 48 BT 2206 to the Ertiga Vehicle travelling by Sachin, in which the Dry G***a was transporting.

*DETAILS OF SEIZURES:*

*1). Dry G***a - 254 KGs. Worth Rs.88,90,000/- (Each KG Rs.35,000/- due to Police Vigilance in TG & AP States, they are selling at high price)*
*2). .32 Pistol (Country Made) with 11 Rounds. Worth Rs. 1,00,000/-*
3). Two Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Cars, worth Rs.14,00,000/-
4). Mobile phones - 07 and One Keypad – 1 worth Rs. 70,000/
5). Net Cash – 3,700/-
6). Jio Dongle – 01 worth Rs. 2,000/-

Lalaguda police arrested two accused who were committing thefts targeting single women

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE IN CR.NO.167/2024, U/S 309 (6) BNS:

This is a case of "Robbery" that occurred on 03-08-2024 at 0600 hours Near Mahankali temple lane, at Railway Mazdoor Union Office (i.e Railway Loco-Shed), North Lallaguda. Wherein the Accused A-1) Nenavath Hari Naik & A-2) Vadde Laxmi @ Kavitha forcibly robbed the below lost property list from the victim Smt.Boru Achamma by threatening to kill her and stagged her neck with his hands at the scene of offence situated at beside Railway Loco-Shed, North Lallaguda and sped away from the spot.

Asma husband killed her by cutting her throat with a knife and the dead body was brought to osmania hospital He was brought to osmania hospital on the basis of suspicion

the security guard inquired about the matter from the man and he told that his wife's dead body was found in the garbage.

When the security guard tried to find out the facts by scaring the man, he told that he himself had killed his wife and he also took out a knife from his pocket

On which the security guard reported it to the police meanwhile, the relatives of the deceased started beating the killer in the hospital.

The security guard caught him and handed him over to the police. At the same time, it was learned that the deceased Asma Begum was the maid of Nampally Congress

Husband killed his wife under meerpet police station limits

The husband hit her wife on the head with an iron and killed her.

Raju was married to Jyoti (35) of nagar-kurnool district 17 years ago and they have one daughter who lives in an apartment in hastinapuram agriculture colony under Meerpet police station limits

Suspicious of his wife, the husband killed Raju and later surrendered at the police station.

Inspector Nagaraju reached the spot with staff and shifted the deceased to Osmania Hospital for post-mortem.

The police have registered a case and are investigating....
