Dr. Rahul Kumar is Doctorate in Anthropology from University of Delhi. He is University Medal holder for securing the highest marks in MSc (Anthropology). Also ICSSR Doctoral Fellow. Having worked in Ministry of Culture, Government of India for last 10 years, presently heading Scholarship and Fellowship Department of CCRT. He has written several articles in National and International journal. Conducted national training programmes and conferences and Refresher Course along-with experience in the field of linking education with Culture.
Dr. Prerna Malhotra has co-authored six books and many articles in various journals and newspapers. She has also done considerable translation work. Honoured with awards and other accolades for her academic and social work. Recipient of the 32nd Dr. S. Radha Krishnan Memorial National Teacher Award- 2016. Also got an appreciation letter by National Human Rights Commission for her brilliant organization of a National seminar on Human Rights.
