Say hi to Avantika Dutta. She’s the resident Champion of Everything at Oddbox Design. Avantika finds her peace in chaos, yet she’s extremely organized when it comes to project management and handling the overall operations. She’s the heart and soul of the team because we’d literally fall apart without her constantly pushing us to do better.

While she’ll never approve anything until the third draft, she’ll also make sure that good effort doesn’t go unappreciated. On a regular day, Avantika can be found overworking and overloading the team with tasks (~fLeXibLe~ deadlines, of course!) She’s a seasoned copywriter with a keen eye for design and design concepts. Which basically means she can give just as much hard time to the designer as she can to the copywriter.

The Oddbox journey began in July 2020 when the world was getting ravaged by the pandemic. Founded by individuals who are fascinated with design and design thinking, this young and hungry startup set about with the intention of moving on from the loop of visual mockups, wireframes, audits, and prototypes. We go beyond the conventions of pixel pushing and pave paths to unknown directions that help brands speak their voices.

Oddbox is a women-led company that values the virtue of empathy the most. We take pride in looking for the most creative solutions to problems. Our team has talents from all over the country. We’re young, fun, and quirky. We like to keep up with the trends, and we’re unapologetically us. The pandemic might have us working remotely, but we’re constantly connected to keep making exceptional designs.
