Title: Analysis of the usage of Social Media during the Covid-19
Abstract
The research aims to critically appraise the quality and validity of information available on YouTube as a source of information for COVID-19 and examine the emotional consequences of COVID-19-related information shared via Twitter. 106 YouTube videos were identified using the COVID-19 associated particular keywords. Two independent observers reviewed the English-language videos as 'useful' or 'misleading'. The Word-Emotion Association (Lexicon) was employed to conduct an emotional analysis of the people regarding COVID-19 via Twitter. 28 videos were classified as 'misleading' while 78 videos were classified as 'useful'. Findings highlighted variations in viewer behaviour in response to different types of videos. YouTube provides a vast amount of information on COVID-19, and integrating particular characteristics could enhance the popularity of YouTube videos. The number of positive sentiment Tweets was approximately equal to the number of negative sentiment Tweets. YouTube has become a significant source of health information during the current crisis. Independent users are more likely to upload misleading videos. Emotional analysis using Twitter data may be utilised by authorities to comprehend the psychological well-being of individuals.

Title: Digital Value Chain Strategies and its Impact on Organizational Productivity: The Mediating Role of Government Digital Initiatives to Achieve 5 Trillion US$ Economy by 2025. A Case Study of Select Automobile Firms in Delhi NCR Region
Abstract
The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected the Automobile sector in the Delhi NCR region with Supply chain disruptive innovations and periodic travel restrictions imposed by the government. The present study investigates the influence of the digital value chain on organisational productivity. The study analyses the data collected from Logistics and Supply chain managers working in allied areas of value chain operations in the automobile sector. The target respondents selected for the study are 200, and purposeful sampling is used to identify the target respondents with expertise in the areas of supply chain and marketing. Partial least squares regression is used to analyse the collected data and establish relationships among the variables and explanatory variables. The study contributes to the understanding of value chain strategies and their significance in enhancing organisational productivity in the automobile sector.

Title: An Analysis of Human Resource Practices: A Comparison between the Hospitality Industry and other Sectors
Abstract
The success of public and private sector organizations is largely determined by the knowledge, skills, and motivation of their workforce. The private sector currently dominates the provision of services, accounting for 70% of services provided. Within the private sector, the hospitality industry is particularly dependent on a multidisciplinary workforce with various categories of employees. Supervisory staff, middle management, and senior executives all play crucial roles in ensuring the provision of high-quality hospitality services. Effective personnel management is essential to ensure that the qualitative and quantitative needs of different departments are met. However, the hospitality industry operates in a dynamic and complex environment, which can lead to challenges such as lower occupancy rates, higher capacity, shorter guest stays, and negative impacts on the hotel's reputation. Therefore, the quality of care provided to guests is of utmost importance in the hospitality industry, as it can directly affect business growth and performance. Adequate guest care and preferences must be taken into account, and strategies should be in place to ensure that the hospitality services meet guests' needs and preferences.

Title: The Influence of Building Digital Culture on Employees' Engagement in the ICT Sector
Abstract
Culture is the heart of any organization. In organizations, culture is like the DNA of the organization. Thus, each organization is unique. In this context, corporate culture is not only created by the founders, management, and employees of a company, but is also influenced by national cultures and traditions, economic trends, international trade, company size, and products. Organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients, and with stakeholders. Digital transformation is a cultural transformation that affects the majority of people who work, and it will never be realized unless companies are confident with their employees and believe that digitalization can help organizations, people, and society achieve a better future. Based on that, employee engagement in digital transformation is a necessity, where an "engaged employee" is fully absorbed by and enthusiastic about their work and takes positive action to further the organization's reputation and interests. Accordingly, effective digital transformation can never be achieved unless companies build confidence among their staff that digitalization can help organizations, people, and society to achieve a positive future.

Title: Impact of Social Media on Tourism Industry in India
Abstract
Tourism is a great source of revenue for any country, and the media plays a critical role in promoting tourism in many ways, including information search, decision-making behaviors, and focusing on best practices for interacting with customers. Educational tourism is one of the fastest-growing sectors of travel and tourism, but it often goes overlooked by tourism professionals and marketers. The emergence of social media has caused a significant shift in marketing strategies. Individuals, corporations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), governments, and other organizations can use social media to view, produce, and share information, ideas, career interests, and other forms of expression in digital communities and networks. According to research, social media plays a vital role in promoting educational tourism, which improves and enhances a country's economic, social, political, and cultural life. This study proposes that, for destination visits, the variables of customer perceived value should be examined using the social networking approach.

With the enormous increase in Journals over the recent past and new models of publishing such as open access, and mushrooming of predatory Journals, researchers are at a crossroad over selecting the right Journals for publishing their research. This lecture “Selecting the Right Journal for publishing your Research” presented by Ms. Renisha Winston, Founder and Chairman of i-manager Publications, at Curtin University Dubai as part of Curtin Dubai Research Seminar Series on 27th February 2023 to the students and faculty at their campus, focuses on key factors to look in a Journal such as Relevance to research area, Journal’s reputation and Impact, Editorial quality, Years in Publication etc., and also highlighted on how to identify Predatory, Hijacked and Cloned Journals and pointers to take the right decisions in selecting the Journal. This lecture also narrowed down to Journals to avoid though indexed in Scopus or WoS, and Journals which are at a potentially high risk of removal. Title: The Impact of Leadership and Management on Remote Workers: Everyday Tips for Success, Not Just During a Pandemic (Covid - 19)

Abstract: -

Although the concept of remote employees is not new, companies increasingly find themselves dealing with remote workforce concerns and challenges. The recent event of the COVID-19 pandemic caused many employers to change the way their workforce operates by changing to a remote workforce model. While some companies were ill equipped to deal with this sudden, drastic change, many organizations found the change to be a positive one from the standpoint of overhead cost savings. The positive financial implications, however, were met with leadership, management and employee challenges. This paper explores the challenges and benefits of having a remote workforce and offers recommendations to leaders and managers on how best to support their employees in this growing type of organizational structure.

Title: An Analysis of the Performance of Selected Private General Insurance Companies after Liberalization 2011 – 2016

Abstract: -

The General Insurance Industry in India is increasing at a very rapid pace. This is an experiential research based on secondary data collected from Annual Reports and Pro-forma Schedules of IRDA. An Excel data model was shaped into use in the core figures of GWP, NEP, NP and others of four General Insurance Majors to calculate other significant ratios as need for the analysis. The objectives of this study are to analyze a few general insurance companies in India and their Ratios associated to the insurance sector only and to reasonably analyze retention ratio, total claims Incurred, earned incurred loss ratio, and combined ratio. The conclusion report has been framed on the basis of which company seems to be the best with respect to its future growth forecast, risk prediction and the immovability of its growing business out of the companies analyzed.

Title: A Study on the Impact of Advertising Appeals on Consumer Buying Decision

Abstract: -

Advertisement is considered a powerful tool for any company to promote their product. Advertising appeal is a connection between the consumer and the product through emotions and logic. It is all about persuading people with the help of credibility, emotions and underlying logic. It is crucial to the advertising practitioners to understand which appeal influences the particular target market and which appeal works effectively with the product being advertised. This research aims at finding the major advertising appeals that influence the customers. Another aim is to check the variance of advertising appeal over gender. The study aims not only to find whether there is any impact of advertising appeal but works on deducing the specific appeal that influences the customer. This study uses the quantitative approach to find the impact of advertisement appeals on customers. Descriptive research study is conducted using structured questionnaire with sample size of 271. Chi-square and Anova has been used to analyze the data and find association between the advertising appeals and their influence on consumer behavior. Results from the study show that there is a significant variance between the groups of gender when compared with comedy appeal. Males are more influenced by comedy appeal compared to females. The research results also indicate that females prefer emotional appeal more whereas males prefer comedy appeal. Respondents have a negative response towards the advertisement that portrays high negative emotions because that protrudes fear appeal for the customer.

Title: Investigating the Key Determinants and Criteria for Supplier Selection Process Effects on Supply Chain Performance: A Case Study of Select Logistics Companies in Delhi NCR Region

Abstract: -
The present research article examines the key determinants for Supplier Selection Process and its influence on enhancing Supply Chain Performance. The study reviews the findings in the context of supplier selection and focuses on e-procurement as a major driver in selection process. Three hundred (300) questionnaires were provided to the managers who are involved in procurement, supplier relationship and handling supply chain operations in Logistics companies in Delhi NCR Region. The received, completely filled in and valid questionnaires for the study are 120 which is 40% and the final sample size. After calculating the degree of correlation, reliability and validity is conducted. The eighteen (18) factors related to supplier selection process are grouped into Six (6) Clusters. Regression and Principal Component Analysis were conducted to explore the determinants which influence supply chain performance
