Ivey vs Dwan | $1 Million Game Pot
In this classic moment from the Full Tilt Million Dollar Cash Game, pros @philivey and Tom Dwan battle over what was the largest cash game pot in televised poker history!!
Phil Ivey starts the hand with $1.13 million in cash, more than double Tom Dwanβs $538k. Dwan, on the button, draws a 6-7 of hearts, while Ivey draws Ace-2 offsuit. Ivey raised to $23k, and after a fold by the only other man left at the table, Dwan called.
Before the flop, Dwan and Ivey had roughly equal chances of winning, and a flop of J-3-5 gave each player an inside straight draw.
Ivey bet $35k, which Dwan called and the dealer then turned over the worst possible card for Ivey. (At this moment, the commentators went berserk π³) A 4 of hearts gave Dwan the higher straight and ruined any chance of Ivey lucking into a flush.
Ivey was unknowingly dead but bet $90k. Dwan raised Ivey another $142k, and Ivey responded by going all in. π€
Dwan called to make the pot worth a record $1,108,500. After he flipped his winning cards, Ivey coolly responded with a βwow, good hand.β π¬π

Phua vs Elton | $1.58 Million Flop Sets
After preflop action, Elton Tsang, Paul Phua and Qiang Wang go to the flop.
The flop brought in one of the hardest scenarios for a poker player - a set over set situation. However, being a monotone flop, both players had to proceed cautiously.
Paul and Wang check the flop to Elton.
Elton bets β¬40,000 in a pot of β¬46,000.
Paul raises to β¬140,000.
Elton calls.
Turn is a brick 3s.
Paul over-bets pot i.e β¬330,000 in a pot of β¬326,000
Now the pot stands at a whopping β¬986,000. πΆπΆ
River is an 8s, a savior for Elton to not go broke in this hand.
Paul goes all-in with his remaining stack of β¬585,000 and Elton has no option but to fold.
To that we say, Well played Paul! ππ
Koon vs Kalas | β¬1.7 Million Cash Game Pot
One of the priciest poker pots ever caught on camera occurred in May 2018 in the β¬1,000,000 buy-in βTriton Cash Gameβ held in Montenegro.
The β¬2,000-β¬4,000 no-limit holdβem game featured poker legends such as @philivey @patrik_antonius_official and @officialtomdwan but it was poker pros @jasonkoon and @kanekalas who found themselves in the largest confrontation of the cash game.
Koon held Aβ₯οΈQβ£οΈ against Kalasβ pocket tens in the epic hand, as shown in the video. There was heavy betting all the way to the river, with Koon moving in at the very end.
Koonβs ill-timed river bet resulted in Kalas scooping a pot worth about β¬1.8 million. βFeels awesome when the poker gods are on your side,β Kalas said after the hand.
He later said on @twitter that he cashed out of the game up about β¬500,000, so he did end up giving back some of his winnings from the monster pot against Koon.
Amazingly, Koon was able to win a roughly β¬1.5 million chip pot later in the session to basically erase his losses. He also won β¬3 million in a tournament at the Triton Super High Roller Series.
