Pranshu Shrivastava’s film INSIDE is all set to release in PVR CINEMAS & MTV
By winning the “Bronze film of the year” award in professional category at India Film Project 2019 for the short film ‘Inside’, Director Pranshu Shrivastava became the First-ever film director from MP to secure bronze in Asia’s largest content creation festival in the 9th season of India Film Project 2019.

Filmmaking is a medium of expression for those involved in the process. And winning appreciation and recognition is a matter of pride for them. This feeling was experienced by Young talented director Pranshu Shrivastava and team. Once again, they have set another milestone by winning the “Bronze film of the year” in professional category at Film Project 2019 for their short film ‘Inside’. The film was screened at Mehboob Studio, Mumbai, on 12-13 October 2019.
• ‘Inside’ is all about learning Art
‘Inside’ is the forth film made under the banner of ‘Brands Icon Studio’. The movie is all about learning art that revolves around finding your and so on. Passion is not all about winning or losing if you truly live the art, it will definitely leads you towards the more creative ideas. And those ideas will lead your passion. From then a infinite journey begins. The film is all about the infinite journey of learning the art. How far the passion takes you is all seen in the movie. It is a relatable movie and every artist can relate to self.
India Film Project is 50-hour filmmaking challenge. Celebrating its 9th season, the project is Asia’s largest content creation festival held annually in Mumbai. A total of 35,000 filmmakers from 14 countries and 325 cities participated in this grand event. IFP (India Film Project) is one of the largest platforms in , where passionate talent tries their luck to become part of the Bollywood industry. Like every year since 2011, in 2019, between 27-29 Sep 2019, IFP announced a 50-hour challenge. This is one of a kind in Asia that offers a platform for creators to make a showcase of their hidden talents. In this , IFP offers three different categories:
> Mobile Filmmaking > Amateur Filmmaking > Professional Filmmaking.
In 2018 there were over 32,000 filmmakers from more than 28 countries participated and made around 1500 short films in all categories. Winning films were released in PVR Cinemas across major metro cities, whereas the top 50 films will go on air with MTV within 6 months.
• Getting a huge response from the fraternity
Pranshu Shrivastava Became the first-ever film director from MP to secure in IFP. The film will soon be screened across India and will also get premiere on television in the coming months. While in conversation with Byline Bombay he told us, “It was a difficult to make this film in under 50 hours but we gave our 100%.Our movie is getting a huge response from the Bollywood fraternity”.

• What is the 50-hour filmmaking challenge?
To participate in a 50-hour filmmaking challenge, any individual or team must create and submit the film on the announced topic by IFP. Participants must complete scripting, casting, location, shooting, editing, dubbing, create music, video editing, and submission all in just 50 hours.
Currently, Abhishek Choubey, Anjali Menon, Pan Nalin, & Pradeep Sarkar as IFP’s Jury Members are renowned filmmakers & directors of Bollywood Industries. Apart from them, there were well-known jury members like Shyam Benegal, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Sudhir Mishra, Komal Nahta, and many more who have judged and found out some very good talent for the industry.

Pranshu Shrivastava is a multi-talented, passionate young director & actor. In the early years of his career, he has worked with Bollywood’s famous director Anurag Kashyap. He has been appreciated and recognized by one of the famous movie critic Komal Nahta for his short film “SAKHA” & award-winning short film “DESIRE.” His movie “STITHPRAGYA” has won the best film award in the Indore film festival made in the year 2017.
Very soon, he is coming with his first feature film “SAKHA,” which is going to be released by next year. Sakha movie’s song ‘suno suno…’ was sung by none other than Bigg Boss fame Deepak Thakur. Director Pranshu Shrivastava believed in his vision, and the team submitted his movie INSIDE for a 50-hour filmmaking challenge. In 2018 his film was among the top 10, and this year he created history by securing bronze in 2019. His film won bronze in the professional category, which gave him a solid recognition after his award-winning short movie DESIRE.
