Berkshire-born, London-based singer-songwriter Lorne is a classically trained pianist, whose life has been shaped by music. Introduced to the piano at just seven years old, his life has been trickled with creativity, enriching his mind and sculpting his future as a musician. After first listening to Peter Gabriel’s music in his teens, Lorne was taken by his sound and notes the musician as a great influence on his music. Also drawn to established songwriters such as Damien Rice, Coldplay, and Elbow, his attraction to melodic pop and ambient rock is evident in his ideas.

Echoing the atmosphere and emotion of Lorne’s debut EP Maze released in 2017, “Bow Out” is an exciting progression that combines poignant vocals, soft piano movements, and electronic-pop layers. Inspired by the end of a friendship, the track emits a cloudy haze, with the atmospheric soundscapes, rushing strings, and building percussion adding power and weight to Lorne’s melancholic song structures. Lorne shares, In the lyrics, I looked for ways to describe the need for space and a way out of a difficult situation.

As an intersectional feminist organization, Her Adhikaar seeks to bridge the implementational lacunae in pre-existing frameworks and welfare legislation that impact women, people from other gender minorities and children, through grassroots initiatives and community-based programs, that increase accessibility and allow for greater awareness amongst all. Our work shall focus on providing education, awareness and accessible resources about sexual and reproductive health rights. 

We aim to create a safe and inclusive space that thrives on community empowerment, sustainability and fulfilment of rights of bodily autonomy and dignity to women and other gender minorities. With an emphasis on feminist leadership, Her Adhikaar seeks to empower women to be at the forefront of a holistic and sustainable change.

Absorbing and extruding all the facts thrown around him,
Baffled by enigma and spiralling decay,
This was a plot building up to unsure moments for him
The collector he has become to bear,
A tale or two, from weary travellers,
They seek to drop their baggage of history.
He collects them all, in a book he holds dear.

Or rather spotting history in monuments long forgotten, detailed by folklore and his talks to people around.
His lines run long and deep,
A landscape shaped by the constant tales,
He has let them seep into deep,
From near and far, setting wind to their sails.
He has sieved the ruins of discarded.

Anant Gupta is an Indian Singer-Songwriter and a Guitarist, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He attended the University of California Los Angeles for his music business studies in 2015. After his graduation he moved to New York in 2017, to study Jazz Guitar at New York Jazz Academy. In 2018, he moved back to India to follow his dream to be a Singer-Songwriter. Before anything else he spent his next one year building his Recording Studio where he started carrying out background music and Small Recording gigs to keep his boat moving. In 2020 he released his debut single and since then onward, he has been releasing singles and cover songs which gained him a lot of attention on Instagram.

Having found his weapon and genre of choice in his 6 string and the blues, Shubham Ray, decided from the age of 15 that music was the road he wanted to walk on. Having performed live for 11 years in numerous bands, Shubham Ray, finally decided to go solo as RAY. and sit in the studio to put out compositions he made throughout those years of experimenting with himself as an artist, for now, the world to hear. Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix being the guitar gods he prays to, Post Malone & GASHI being his vocal melody inspiration and Hip-Hop being his most listened to genre, Ray blends Hip-Hop beats and melodies along with his blues and jazz guitar licks and riffs to pander to crowds ranging from the age group of 15-year-olds drinking tequila all the way up to 65 olds drinking whiskey. You’ll hear sounds from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s & 10s in his compositions. As a result, he’s not genre-specific cause he loves to believe that music can be heard by everyone. I asked what genre he’d classify his music in, he would gladly tell you “VIBE” music.

Atrangi Funkar is a 5 piece Multi-Genre band emphasizing creating SUBJECTIVE and OUT OF BOX music. The band started in 2018, as a duo collaboration between Ruhaan and Param, who performed for multifaced audiences as a part of their busking tour called “The Random Tour.” Later, by July 2019, Atrangi Funkar achieved its complete Indie-rock avatar with Doleshwar joining on lead guitars, Bhuppi on drums, and Avnesh on the bass guitar.

An ode to a jewellery studio could not have been more apt yet so telling of the hours of failed sketches and ideas that goes behind a successful design. The labour of a karigar’s hands toiling over metal, silver and gems to craft a piece that is worthy of you. And yet it takes very few clients to appreciate the original design or special craftsmanship or even the luxury of pure metal and gems because in this day and age of fast fashion most would want a look like a copy or a piece “jo sabne dala hai” rather than have an original.

And of course, the price difference and comparison between the cheap Chinese made on machine pieces, as opposed to the handcrafted beauty of Indian karigars, are a major dilemma for many customers. Talking about the woes of the jewellery business Priyanka Dhaliwal the brain and design magnet of Anaghaartsnjewels says that each and every client wants to look different but there are very few who actually understand and value the difference.

It isn’t every person who takes the leap of faith and becomes an actor. So grateful that she chose to take that leap to make her dreams come true. From being a Neuro Pediatric to being an actor, she just wanted to go against all the odds and make an existence in the industry. Later in 201 8 after mid, she made the best move of her life. She moved to Mumbai, the city of dreams; the city of “Bollywood.” For the past 3.5 years, she has worked in about 35-40 Ad campaigns, short films, Web-shows, music videos, social media sketches and always looking forward to bigger things. With every passing day, she is just trying to move closer to her goal of being a known artist to her best ability, in the film industry. As a person, she is very much interested in almost everything, 3-time IPSC hockey player, horse riding has been her main go-to, love adventure, certified scuba diver, certified rock climber, has been a part of almost all the sports (football, cricket, lawn tennis, golf). From Amitabh Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan, Kashmir was on the top of the list for shooting a beautiful romantic movie or capturing a thriller scene. After a long time now, finally, tourism gets open in Kashmir Valley despite the ongoing conflicts. So, Renzu Productions haven’t looked back since then. Renzu Productions have started a new era for the Kashmir Music and Film Industry working with local artists and team have created more than 15 music videos and 2 short films featuring the same renowned artists across Bollywood to give a new meaning to Kashmir’s creative industry.

WHO IS SHIVYA?

I’ve been called a storyteller, writer, photographer, digital nomad, Instagrammer, social entrepreneur, solo traveller, vegan and environmentalist. But in my heart, I’m just a girl who believes in the transformative power of travel.” And while we all were still debating the reality of climate change she just took the steps to sustainable living. Saina an engineer and a postgraduate in business are in a stable government job. Healthy Snacks for our daily routine. Cutlets are full of nutrients and protein. The main ingredient of our Cutlets is Broccoli & Paneer.

Broccoli 🥦

Broccoli is high in many nutrients, including fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium. It also boasts more protein than most other vegetables. This green veggie can be enjoyed both raw and cooked.

Paneer

Paneer is a good choice for proteins, especially in a vegetarian diet. Paneer is a very good source of protein.

Ingredient of Healthy Cutlets:

* Broccoli 200gm grated
* Carrot 60gm grated
* Paneer 100gm
* 1 onion chopped
* Green chills chopped as to taste
* Fresh Chopped Garlic
* Coriander chopped
* Mint Chopped
* Green onion leaves chopped
* 2 tbsp raw stories
* 1 tbsp raw besan
* 1 tbsp salt as per taste
* 1 tbsp red chill powder
* 1 tbsp Jeera
* 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
* 2 tbsp bread crums

Mix all the above ingredients gently and make a Cutlet shape using a few drops of oil in hand. Approximate 12 pcs Cutlets; will be made from the above-mentioned ingredients.

Now time to fry. Here I am using an air fryer to make Cutlets more healthy or without oil. Preheated; Airfryer at 180°C at 15 mins. In between keep checking to Cutlets. Crispy n Crunchy Cutlets is ready to Serve. Serve hot with Mint Coriander Chutney.
