Preparation: Add allingredients to chicken and man.
I refrigerate condition for 30 minutes. Deep fry chicken pieces in boiling coconut oil till color turns red.⁣

CHEF - KHADEEJA KHAJA

KOZHINIRACHATH

Ingredients -

For marination
Chilly powder - 1tbls
Chicken masala - 1tbls
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbls
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - according to your taste
Onion - 6 piece
Tomato - 4 piece
Green chilly - 3 piece
Garlic paste - 1/2 tbls
Ginger paste - 1/2 tbls
Green leaves - pinch
Coriander leafs - pinch
Chicken - 750gm

For stuffing -
Coconut oil - 100 ml
Boiled egg - 1
Onion - 2
Green chilly - 2
Coriander - pinch
Raisins - 8
Cashews - 3
Salt

method of preparation

Wash a full chicken properly . For stuffing take a pan ,pour 25 ml coconut oil and slightly fry 2 onions , some raisins , cashews and add a pinch of salt . After the ingredients turn into a slightly brown color, stuff those into the washed chicken and add one boiled egg . Then take the same pan pour 50ml of coconut oil and the time the pan gets hot add garlic and ginger paste each 1/2 tablespoons . Add 6 pieces of onion , 4 pieces of tomato, some corriander leaves. Add spices such as chilly powder 1 tbls , chicken masala 1 tbls , turmeric powder 1/2 tsp , coriander powder 1/2 tbls , garam masala 1/4 tsp and salt according to your taste .Then add the stuffed chicken (750gm) we prepared earlier to the pan and mix it well with the ingredients. Cook for about 30 mins .
And the meal is ready !!
For garnishing its according to your preference, you can add slices of onion, chilly , coriander
