I had the wonderful opportunity to be part of the Onam celebrations last Sunday at Jellyfish Water Sports, Calicut, beautifully organised by Just Loaf. From the lively counters by Just Loaf, to the fun games and the amazing food by Khaleez Restaurant — every detail made the day truly special. 💛

I’m deeply grateful and thankful to the organisers for inviting me. Loved being part of such a vibrant and joyful gathering. 🌿💫

Porichathu:
Chicken - 500g,
Chicken Porchathu Masala - 6.5 tbsp. (approx. 50g),
Ginger Garlie Paste (freshly ground) - 3 tsp,
Curd - 4 tbsp,
Fennel seeds,
Crushed Chili- 1 tbsp,
Curry leaf - 2 staks
Green chilli - 2,
Coconut oil - as required for deep fryin”
Preparation: Add allingredients to chicken and man.
I refrigerate condition for 30 minutes. Deep fry chicken pieces in boiling coconut oil till color turns red.⁣
