One thing's for sure that sugar has a pretty bad rep, but after recording our new episode we realised, it not just sugar.

Recently we've been reading/listening a lot about a brand and it's health drink which is allegedly full of sugar, targeted at kids.

The POPS wanted to get to the bottom of this controversy and understand that why sugar is always in the firing line?

And to get a deeper understanding of this we got food technologist, Entrepreneur, investor and finance expert Sudip Putatunda who successfully runs his ice cream enterprise under the brand name Koldplay.

We suggest all parents and others too listen to this episode. It is full of vital information
