She is the founder of Namhyafoods. She is also an entrepreneur, yoga trainer, nutrition consultant, and author. Born in Kashmir, coming from a middle-class background worked at a firm for the post of brand management. In 2018 her father was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and was told that he had about 6 months to live on. The western medicines didn’t work and as a last resort, they went for Ayurveda which helped him recover.

Seeing this miracle she started her company Namhyafoods to provide people with healthy foods as there are a lot of chemicals present in our day-to-day foods. At first, there was a lot of rejection then one day a distributor called her up and gave her a chance to showcase her idea and products. For some reason, she lost all her money and thought of dropping this traditional style of business for an online store so that she could take orders from all around the world.

Started giving out a sample of the product to some areas to get honest feedback on her products as it is important to do some detailed research on the products as no amount of marketing can help if your product is not up to mark as per the market. After a positive response from one of her customers, who used the heart tea product and got some amazing results she knew that she was doing something that provided value to others. The products which were rejected in the local markets of Kashmir and Delhi were a success in the markets of the United States Of America, Canada, and UAE. Now the company is valued at 20Cr.

From having zero experience in sales, marketing, and production of products she built a company by taking a chance and believing in herself. So when life gives you an opportunity take it with open hands, as it may be the only one you get you never know.
