KANCHANBAGH POLICE ALONG WITH SOUTH-EAST TASK FORCE ARRESTED THE ACCUSED PERSONS IN A MURDER CASE OF ROWDY SHEETER.

A7: Shaik Hasham Ali @ Hashim S/o Shaik Ahmed, Age: 22 yrs, Occ: CCTV Technician, R/o H.No. 18-1-485/1, Near Naseeb Pan Shop, Phool Bagh, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad.
(The accused A1 to A5 and A7 are arrested and being produced before the Hon’ble Court and the A6 is absconding)
Property seized: - Three bikes, Three dagger knives, five cell phones.
The deceased was a Rowdy Sheeter, he along with his associates namely Iliyas, Arafath and others have killed the elder son of A1 by name Vishal Shingtay in the last week of September’2020 due to personal grudges and a case has been registered at P.S. Chatrinaka, Hyderabad wherein the deceased and his associates were arrested and remanded to judicial custody. After releasing on bail the deceased Naseer and his friend started threatening to the A2: Aakash Shingtay from the past two months. The A2 and A3
used to create reels on movie dialogues on Instagram id. One of assassin of Vishal Shingtay by name Adnan has given the evidence in the Hon’ble Court about eliminating to Vishal Shingtay, since then the A1, A2 and A4 criminally conspired with the A3, A5 to A7. The A7 has suggested the A1 and A2 to conduct reccee on the movements of the deceased also suggested about escaping after committing the offence. On 12-09-2023 the deceased has text the message to the A2 on instagram that he will kill him like his brother. As per the plan, two months prior to the offence, the A2 has purchased two dagger knives through Flipkart and the A3 has purchased a knife at Gulbarga for cutting cake at birthday’s also to use in other events.
Since the A2 was receiving threat messages from the deceased, on that the A2 has narrated the same to A-1 and A3 to A7 and on the intervening night of 12/13-09-2023 the A2, A3 and A4 were met near Shoeb hotel Hafeez Baba Nagar and from there went to Deffence Wall where the A1 has joined them, immediately the A2 has contacted the A4 and requested him conduct reccee and the A4 has conducted reccee on the movements of the deceased and passed on the information to A2. The A1 to A6 rushed to the spot and found the deceased presently alone in front of his house in the auto and it was about 02:20 hours, then the accused attacked on the deceased and while he was running away, the accused A2 and A3 chased the deceased and brutally killed him and fled away. The accused A5 and A6 helped the A1 to A4 while committing the offence by watching the movements of public and also shifting the prime accused to safe place. The A7 has suggested A1 to A3 to through/hide blood stained apparels and knives to destroy the evidence.
On 18-09-2023 afternoon on a tip off the accused persons were apprehended near Falaknuma Railway Track, brought them to Police Station and seized the bikes, knives and cell phones from their possession. The arrested accused persons being produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial remand. In this case the accused A6 is absconding and a team has been deployed for his apprehension.
Due to active efforts made by the SHO Sri G.Shekar Reddy, Sri G.Linga Reddy S.I and staff along with the staff of South-East Zone Task Force, Hyderabad under the direct supervision of Sri Ch.Rupesh IPS, DCP South-East Zone and Sri Manoj Kumar ACP Chandrayangutta Division Hyderabad the accused persons were arrested and the CP Hyderabad has appreciated for the good work done
