Cybercrime is the newest and the most complicated problem in the cyber world. Cybercrime is basically an illegal act in which computer is either tool or target. After the development of internet, anybody can have easy access of data and information from all over the world. But instead of taking benefits of internet, some people are misusing of computers and internet for crime such as cyber pornography, cyber stalking, email bombing, virus attacks, web jacking etc. Other than these crimes, offenders use the cyber world for child abuse which is also a kind of cybercrime. Violence and harms against children and young people in cyberspace and in relation to new technologies include: The production, distribution and use of materials depicting child sexual abuse, Online solicitation or 'grooming' (securing a child's trust in order to draw them into a situation where they may be harmed), Exposure to materials that can cause psychological harm, lead to physical harm, or facilitate other detriment to a child, Harassment and intimidation, including bullying. Children are the newest victims of cybercrime. Offenders use illegal activities such as online grooming against the children to make their victim. The computer and internet are being used to commit crimes against the children such as child exploitation, production, distribution, and possession of child pornography; exposure to harmful content; grooming, harassment, and sexual abuse; and cyber bullying. Research papers discussed about the connection between a child and the cybercrime, how cyber offenders use the cyber world to abuse the children. Some preventive measures are also discussed at the end of the paper.

The Importance of Fine Motor Skill Development
Fine motor skills are those that involve a refined use of the small muscles which control the hand, fingers and thumb. With the development of these skills, a child is able to complete important tasks such as writing, feeding oneself, buttoning and zippering. These abilities gradually develop through experience and exposure to a variety of toys, materials and even foods.
Why is fine motor skill development important? Little hands need to develop dexterity and strength. We, as parents or caregivers, can help this process by encouraging children to play, explore and interact with a variety of items. Toys, clothing fasteners, safe scissors and play dough are all tactile examples of practices that facilitate fine motor development. Even doing age appropriate tasks in the kitchen are great ways to help build fine motor skills. These types of “play” activities and manipulation skills will actually help prepare a child to hold and use a crayon. The ability to do so is the first step in learning to color, draw and ultimately write.
Here are some activities to try with your child that will help fine motor development:

They flow through your bloodstream to fight viruses, bacteria, and other foreign invaders that threaten your health. When your body is in distress and a particular area is under attack, white blood cells rush in to help destroy the harmful substance and prevent illness. White blood cells are made in the bone marrow.

Aristotle's wheel paradox is a paradox or problem appearing in the Greek work Mechanica traditionally attributed to Aristotle.[1] A wheel can be depicted in two dimensions using two circles. The larger circle is tangent to a horizontal surface (e.g. a road) that it can roll on. The smaller circle has the same center and is rigidly affixed to the larger one. The smaller circle could depict the bead of a tire, a rim the tire is mounted on, an axle, etc. Assume the larger circle rolls without slipping (or skidding) for a full revolution. The distances moved by both circles are the same length, as depicted by the blue and red dashed lines and the distance between the two black vertical lines. The distance for the larger circle equals its circumference, but the distance for the smaller circle is longer than its circumference: a paradox or problem.
The paradox is not limited to a wheel. Other things depicted in two dimensions show the same behavior. A roll of tape does. A typical round bottle or jar rolled on its side does; the smaller circle depicting the mouth or neck of the bottle or jar.
There are a few things that would be depicted with the brown horizontal line in the image tangent to the smaller circle rather than the larger one. Examples are a typical train wheel, which has a flange, or a barbell straddling a bench. Drabkin called these Case II and the kind in the image Case I.[1] A similar but not identical analysis applies.
