Hello,
Buttery Eggless Pound cake.

New recipe of Eggless Pound cake.

Enjoy ❤️❤️
Ingredients.

Butter -100 gm
Oil - 2 tbsp
Thick curd - 1/4 cup.
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 1 tbsp
Almond Flour - 3 tbsp ( optional )
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Milk - 1/2 + 1/4 cup

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp

Chopped almonds and cashews

Method.
Beat the batter after each step.
Put sugar in intervals and beat well.

The batter become light in colour , fluffy , airy and then mix flour with spatula with a very light hand.

Bake it for 45-50 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
