*Lord Shivshankar - The Synonym of Enigma !!!*

There is an atmosphere of infinite joy in the universe. The enthusiasm of spring is visible everywhere. This great festival of the confluence of seasons is in its full youth. There are echoes of Baba Bholenath's cheers in the atmosphere. The Hindu society, which has strong faith in the saying 'Kankar-Kankar me Shankar', is in a festive mood.

Today is Mahashivaratri..!

The day of the beginning of creation. The day of creation of the universe. Marriage day of Lord Shiva – Parvati. Day of direct supreme spiritual expressions with Brahma!

The beauty of Hinduism is that this religion is not a monotheistic religion. 'God is one' is a belief. But this one God has many manifestations, this is a firm belief. One of these forms of importance is the form of 'Lord Shankar' - symbol of the destruction of the universe, the source of energy of creation. If anyone has the most mysterious form among all the forms of God, then it is that of Shiva, of Lord Shankar.

The form in which we worship Lord Shivshankar came to be known as 'Shivling' after the arrival of the Islamic invaders. Basically 'Lingam' in Sanskrit means - symbol. There is a reference to the verse of Upastambha in Atharvaveda about the origin of Shivling. In this verse there is description of an eternal pillar. This pillar or Skambh means Brahma..! The 35th verse of the 7th Sukta of the 10th Kand of Atharvaveda is –

Skambho dadhar dyavaprithivi ubhe ime skambho dadharorvantariksham.
Skambho Dadhar Pradishah Shadurvi: Skambh Idam Vishwam Bhuvanma Vivesh ..

That is, 'the pillar has held the heaven, earth and the environment of the earth. The pillar has held the six directions and this pillar itself is spread in the entire universe.

It means that the form in which we worship Lord Shankar is the symbol of the universe. That is, infinite energy is the paradigm of infinite power. This energy can either be life-giving for us, or it can also become the cause of complete destruction. In the Naradiya Sukta of Rigveda, in the 129th Sukta of the 10th Mandala, it is written – 'Shivling is related with the origin of the universe'.

Hindu religion worshipped this power as a symbol, which was later called Shivling. Here the word 'Linga' or 'Lingam' does not refer to human gender. In ancient times, Lord Shankar was worshiped in the form of a big size circular (yup) pillar. Big and grand size Shivling is found in ancient temples. Before the arrival of the Islamic invaders, in the entire Bharat Khand (from Kandahar, Peshawar to Philippines and Indonesia), Lord Shri Shankar was worshiped only in the form of a big, huge Shivling. But everything changed after the arrival of the Islamic invaders.

It was possible to worship big and huge Shivlings only in temples. When there were Islamic attacks, the priests used to pick up the idols of other gods and hide them somewhere. But it was not possible to hide these huge Shivlings which was symbolizing energy. That's why after 11th-12th century, Shivlings started being made in small sizes and they were worshiped in homes. Then in the temples also, in comparison, Shivling of smaller size were started to be installed.

That means, our forefathers had recognized this Shiv Tattva properly. Our forefathers definitely had the knowledge of 'Yupastambha', the symbol of this infinite energy.

Basically Lord Shankar is a symbol of infinite store of energy as well as knowledge. Our forefathers had understood this. But we feel unable to decode those messages, understand the meaning of the messages. There are twelve Jyotirlings in India. All these Jyotirlings are considered to be the source of energy. The verses describing them are:

_Saurashtra Somnath ca Srishaile Mallikarjunam._
_Ujjayinya Mahakalam'omkarammaleshwaram ॥1॥_

_Paralyang Vaidyanathang cha Dakinyang Bhimashankaram
_Setubandhe tu Ramesham Nagesham Darukavane ॥2॥_

_Varanasyang tu Vishveshangtryambakam Gautamitate._
_Himalaye Tu Kedaram Ghushmesh Cha Shivalaye ॥3॥_

_Etani Jyotirlingani evening morning pathennar._
_Remembrance of sins in seven births ॥4॥_

That is, there is a pillar outside the Somnath temple, which holds the first place among these twelve Jyotirlingas. This is called 'Baanstambh'. (I have written about this pillar in detail in my book, 'Bharatiya Jnan ka Khazana'). There is a plaque in this pillar which is thousands of years old, on which it is written – 'Uninterrupted Jyotirmarg till the South Pole at the sea'

That is, a straight light line can be drawn from this Somnath temple till the South Pole, till Antarctica, without any obstacle (without any piece of land). The second meaning of this is that the first Jyotirling was established at the place where the straight line that reaches the west coast of India from the South Pole without meeting any land hindrance..!

Thousands of years ago, how did our ancestors know that there is an unobstructed 'Jyotirmarg' from South Pole to Somnath Temple? What is the relation of this 'Jyotirmarg' with 'Jyotirling'? All this is mysterious which has taken esoteric meaning.

Not only Somnath and Jyotirlinga, other places of Lord Shankar are also full of mystery. There are temples of Lord Shiv Shankar based on Panchamahabhutas in South India. The surprising thing is that three of these temples, which are 150 to 200 kilometers away from each other, are all on a straight line.

These three temples are:
• Shri Kalahasti Temple
• Sri Ekambareswarar Temple, Kanchipuram
• Sri Tillai Nataraja Temple, Trichanapalli.

The combinations and cordinations which we use to mark or decide a place on the earth, we call latitude and longitude. Of these, latitude means (imaginary) horizontal lines drawn on the earth's map. Such as the equator, the Tropic of Cancer etc... while the longitude is the vertical lines drawn on this map. The latitude and longitude of these three temples are as follows –

3. Sri Tillai Nataraja Temple 11.23 N 79.41 E Aakash

These three temples are located at the same longitude point 79.41E, that is, on the same straight line. It is difficult to tell when these three temples were built. The Pallava, Chola etc. kings who ruled in this area definitely mentioned the renovation of these temples. But it is almost three or three and a half thousand years old - it can be said with certainty. But then, the same question remains, in those days when there was no knowledge of cartography (according to western thinking), contour maps were not available, there was no question of satellite imaging, then our forefathers, with such precision, built these temples. How to make it on a straight line..?

One more question – Why only three out of five temples are on a straight line? Why not the other two temples?

After much research, the answer was found. About three thousand years ago, there was the concept of 'three elements', that is, 'Tri-Bhoot' in our beliefs, Air – Earth – Sky. Later, the concept of 'Panchmahabhootas' was developed by combining these two elements, fire and water. These five Shiva temples built in Andhra Pradesh (Kalahasti Temple) and Tamil Nadu and their structures on the ground are literally miraculous.

Our forefathers have placed a huge screen of Shiva element in front of us through these five temples. But we are not able to understand this language. If we can understand the code language created through the construction of these temples in modern times, then many secrets of ancient times will be revealed to us..!

हम फिर से इतिहास नहीं लिख रहे लेकिन सुधार महत्वपूर्ण: केंद्रीय मंत्री

नई दिल्ली: केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू (Union Minister of Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju) ने कहा कि भारत की युवा पीढ़ी तक सही जानकारी पहुंचे, इसलिए इतिहास में सुधार महत्वपूर्ण है. केंद्रीय मंत्री दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के उत्तर-पूर्वी छात्रों और यूथ यूनाइटेड फॉर विजन एंड एक्शन (YUVA) के छात्रों के समूह द्वारा दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम 'अनसंग फ्रीडम फाइटर्स ऑफ नॉर्थ ईस्ट इंडिया' को संबोधित करते हुये यह बातें कहीं.

उन्होने कहा कि जब हम सही बातें कहना चाहते हैं और भारतीय इतिहास में सच्चाई का उल्लेख करने की कोशिश करते हैं तो कुछ लोग आहत होते हैं. वे कहते हैं कि आप इतिहास को फिर से लिख रहे हैं. जबकि सवाल इतिहास को फिर से लिखने का नहीं बल्कि इतिहास को सुधारने का है. सवाल उन लोगों की जगह और स्थिति के बारे में है जो योग्य हैं. यह बहस कि इतिहास को फिर से लिखा जा रहा है, व्यर्थ है. सवाल यह है कि हमें सच्चा और वास्तविक इतिहास सीखना चाहिए. हम जानते हैं कि हम क्या पढ़ते हैं और हम जो देखते हैं उसे समझते हैं.

पाठ्यक्रम बदलाव पर राजनीति: केंद्रीय मंत्री का यह बयान ऐसे समय में आया है, जब सीबीएसई पाठ्यक्रम में किए गए बदलावों से राजनीतिक विवाद छिड़ गया है. एनसीईआरटी की किताबों के कुछ हिस्से जैसे लोकतंत्र और विविधता पर अध्याय, मुगल दरबार और फैज अहमद फैज की कविताएं आदि को एनसीईआरटी की सिफारिशों के अनुसार युक्तिकरण प्रक्रिया के हिस्से के रूप में कक्षा 10,11 और 12 के पाठ्यक्रम से हटा दिया गया है. पाठ्यक्रम में बदलावों को लेकर राहुल गांधी और यहां तक ​​​​कि भाजपा के सहयोगी जदयू जैसे विपक्षी नेताओं की कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया दी है. बिहार के शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि यह परिवर्तन अवांछनीय है. कुछ शिक्षाविदों और इतिहासकारों ने भी सोशल मीडिया पर अपना गुस्सा जाहिर किया और सरकार पर इतिहास पर बुलडोजर चलाने का आरोप लगाया.

मंत्री ने दिये कई उदाहरण: केंद्रीय मंत्री रिजिजू ने पाठ्यक्रम में किए गए परिवर्तनों पर हाल के विवाद के बारे में उल्लेख नहीं किया. लेकिन इतिहास के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण हिस्से, विशेष रूप से फ्रीडम स्ट्रगल से संबंधित गायब होने पर बात की. कहा कि मैं प्राचीन या मध्यकालीन इतिहास के बारे में नहीं लेकिन आधुनिक इतिहास के बारे में बात करता हूं. आधुनिक भारत और विशेष रूप से स्वतंत्रता संग्राम का इतिहास हमें केवल सीमित ज्ञान देता है. हमारे इतिहास के छात्र किसी और का इतिहास सीख रहे हैं. यह कैसे संभव है कि हमारे छात्र उत्तर-पूर्वी राज्यों के बारे में नहीं जानते हैं लेकिन वे यूरोप और लंदन के बारे में सब कुछ जानते हैं. वे उस पर गर्व महसूस करते हैं. जब वे शेक्सपियर और लिंकन के बारे में पढ़ते हैं तो उन्हें गर्व महसूस होता है लेकिन कालिदास के बारे में नहीं! यहीं पर उन्होंने युवा पीढ़ी की मानसिकता को बरगलाया है.

भारतीय भाषाओं का हो सम्मान: मंत्री ने छात्रों, शिक्षाविदों और आरएसएस पदाधिकारियों की सभा को संबोधित करते हुए सीखने और अनुकूलन की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया, जो स्वदेशी है. उन्होंने युवाओं से स्वदेशी उत्पादों और भारतीय भाषाओं का उपयोग करके भारतीय स्थानों पर जाने में गर्व महसूस करने का भी अनुरोध किया. कहा कि मैंने यह कई सालों से देखा है कि जब हम अपनी स्वदेशी चीजों की बात करते हैं तो हम पिछड़े बन जाते हैं. कुछ अधिवक्ताओं को बहुत अधिक भुगतान किया जाता है लेकिन कुछ ऐसे अधिवक्ता हैं जो योग्य होते हैं, उनके पास अच्छा ज्ञान होता है लेकिन उन्हें बड़े मामले नहीं मिलते क्योंकि वे अंग्रेजी नहीं बोलते हैं. अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं में अच्छा बोलने वालों का भी सम्मान क्यों नहीं किया जाता?

बदलाब समय की मांग है: उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी पहचान और अस्तित्व के साथ रहने में कुछ भी गलत नहीं है. लेकिन हमारे यहां उसका सम्मान कम है. यह धारणा हमारे द्वारा पढ़ी गई पुस्तकों के कारण आई है. इसलिए उनमें बदलाव लाने की जरूरत है. जो हमें दिया गया है अगर हम उसे पढ़ते रहेंगे तो यह हमारे साथ न्याय नहीं होगा. केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तर-पूर्वी राज्यों के गुमनाम स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को श्रद्धांजलि देने के लिए दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में कार्यक्रम आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के हिस्से के रूप में आयोजित किया गया है.

इसके अलावा नागालैंड का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाली पहली महिला राज्यसभा सांसद मैडम एस. फांगनोन कोन्याक, डीयू दिन आफ स्टूडेंट्स प्रोफेसर बलराम पाणि और डॉ फिरमी बोडो, सहायक प्रोफेसर जेएनयू ने भी सभा को संबोधित किया।
रानी गैदिन्लिउ, कनकलता बरुआ, शंबोदन फोंगलो, रोपुइलियानी, मतमूर जामोह, महाराजा कुलचंद्र, शहीद जादोनांग और यू तिरोत सिंह आदि जैसे गुमनाम स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों की जीवन कहानियों को वक्ताओं ने विशेष याद किया। पूर्वोत्तर भारत में आईएनए का नेतृत्व करने वाले नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस द्वारा निभाई गई महान भूमिका हमेशा सराहनीय रहेगी।
