Upma Recipe😋
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fortune Semolina (Suji)
- 2 tablespoons Fortune Sunflower Refined Oil
- 1 tablespoon Urad Dal
- 1 tablespoon Chana Dal
- 1 teaspoon Rai (Mustard Seeds)
- 8-10 Kadhi Patta (Curry Leaves)
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 1-inch Ginger, finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies, chopped
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 2 tablespoons Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups Water
Instructions:
1. **Roasting Semolina:**
- Heat Fortune Sunflower Refined Oil in a pan.
- Add Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Rai, and Kadhi Patta. Sauté until dals turn golden brown.
- Add finely chopped onion, ginger, green chillies, grated carrot, and peanuts. Sauté until onions are translucent, carrots soften.
2. **Adding Semolina:**
- Add Fortune Semolina (Suji) to the pan. Roast it on low flame until it turns golden brown. This gives a nice aroma.
3. **Boiling Water:**
- Meanwhile, boil 3 cups of water separately.
4. **Mixing Water:**
- Once semolina is roasted, slowly add the boiling water to it. Be cautious, as it may splutter.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the water is absorbed and the Upma reaches the desired consistency.
5. **Seasoning:**
- Season with salt as per taste.
- Add fried peanut. Mix as well
6. **Garnishing:**
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
Your delicious Upma is ready to be served! Enjoy your meal.
Chicken Pulao Recipe😋
Ingredients:
- 2 cups special biryani basmati rice
- 3 tbsp Fortune Sunflower Oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 small Elaichi (cardamom)
- 1 big Elaichi (cardamom)
- 2-3 small pieces of dal Chini (cinnamon)
- 500g chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash and soak the biryani basmati rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat Fortune Sunflower Oil in a pot. Add bay leaves, cumin seeds, small and big Elaichi, and dal Chini. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
4. Add sliced onions and cook until they become golden brown.
5. Stir in chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, and sliced green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
6. Add coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
7. Pour in curd and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
8. Add the soaked and drained basmati rice to the pot. Mix gently to coat the rice with the spices.
9. Pour enough water (usually double the quantity of rice) and season with black pepper. Bring to a boil.
10. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
12. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Pulao!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fortune Soyabean granules
- 2 tbsp Fortune Rice Bran Oil
- 1 star anise
- 2-3 small pieces of dal Chini (cinnamon)
- 2-3 big cardamom pods
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil Fortune Soyabean granules in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat Fortune Rice Bran Oil in a pan. Add star anise, dal Chini, and big cardamom. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and the oil begins to separate.
5. Stir in coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add the boiled soyabean granules and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Pour in fresh cream, mix thoroughly, and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
