SKM Byapari Morcha, 25 Upper Tadong conducts meet with Hon'ble Area MLA GT Dhungel.

SKM Byapari Morcha of Tadong Constituency recently organized a fruitful meeting under the guidance of HCM Shri Prem Singh Tamang-Golay and Hon'ble Area MLA Shri G.T. Dhungel .

Tadong ward councillor Mr. Chewang Thendup Lepcha, CLC President Mr. Sonam Pintso Bhutia, and social worker Shri Delay Namgyal Barfungpa were also present. The meeting addressed the demands and suggestions of Byapari Morcha, with the Hon'ble Area MLA expressing concern and promising action.

Byapari Morcha extended gratitude to HCM and the Hon'ble Area MLA for their dedication to public welfare.

Government of Sikkim, in an order sent on August 29, has notified that “events such as rallies, processions, political gatherings, exhibitions and entertainment events including melas, fairs etc., are prohibited in the middle of all major towns falling under the Urban Local Bodies and Class II bazaars in the State of Sikkim.”

The Business fraternity of Sikkim thanks the Government of Sikkim especially our Honourable Chief Minister Sahab for taking such an initiative and fulfilling the demands of business fraternity for banning such fairs and exhibitions in bazar areas around Sikkim.

SKM Vyapari Morcha held a coordination meeting at Gangtok today, where detailed discussions were held regarding important matters related to the Business Community and the party members collectively decided on the further course of action to achieve the goals set out by the Vyapari Morcha.

The meeting was attended by Vice President Incharge Shankar Agarwal, SKM Vyapari Morcha President Sajan Agarwal, SKM Vypari Morcha Chief Coordinator Amar Agarwal and several other members of the party.

A SKM Byapari Morcha, General Meeting was held at Rangpo on 1-7-2020, where the state level Byapari Morcha executives interacted with the local business community of Rangpo.

During the meeting, Rangpo Baazar SKM Byapari Morcha executive committee was formed.

In the said meeting, 25 families from the business community of Rangpo joined SKM party.

During a recent Byapari Morcha meeting held at Rangpo, it was unanimously decided that Byapari Morcha Executive Committee has to be formed for every Baazar in Sikkim.

The eight member byapari morcha committee -State Level, shall tour each and every baazar of Sikkim in the coming days.

In order to form the above said byapari morcha executive committee, the first meeting of the kind was held at Namchi wherein 65 families from business community joined SKM and the executive committee(Namchi) was also formed on 27-06-2020.

65 FAMILIES FROM BUSINESS COMMUNITY JOIN SKM.

65 families from business community join SKM during Byapari Morcha General Meeting held at Namchi at 27-06-2020 organised by SKM Byapari Morcha.

During the meeting Namchi Baazar Byapari Morcha Executive Committee was formed.

The meeting was attended by various party supporters including the area incharge, Shri Ganesh Rai and eight member state-level byapari morcha executive committee.
