From SGX Nifty Future hourly chart (refer below image) we could see how SGX Nifty future shot up after breaking 16360 level(red line). The blue trend line clearly shows a bullish trend, but at the current level (16524) SGX nifty future doesn't have much bandwidth for sharp upward movement. So we can expect SGX nifty future to trade flat or even have a mild correction in the short term.

SGX Nifty Future is trading at 16372 which is almost close to yesterday's closing. Important thing to note is that the SGX Nifty future has broken the week long resistance level - 16360 and traded comfortably above it. So we can expect a bullish trend.

SGX Nifty Future continues to be range bound. In yesterday's post we have mentioned the upper and lower levels of the range - 16360 & 16190. From below image we could see how 16360 acted as a strong resistance and how the future fell sharply after touching 16360. Further trend can be predicted only when these levels are broken.

For almost a week SGX Nifty future is trading range bound. It is just trading between 16190 and 16360, i.e. just 170 points range. Further trend can be confirmed only when these levels are breached, till then it'll be a tight war between bulls and bears.

SGX Nifty future is now trading at 16305 and it is consistently maintaining above 16300 level. In the below 1st image (15 mins SGX Nifty chart) we could see how SGX Nifty is maintaining bullish trend with a support trend line. In the 2nd image we could see how SGX Nifty future just broke the resistance trend. Everything pointing towards a bullish movement. We should see how strong the support trend line is, if SGX Nifty breaks and goes below we could even see a bearish reversal. Let's hope it stays well above 16300 and continues the bullish move 🙂
