Brief facts of the case are that received a statement from Mohd Zubair residing in talabkatta from 35 yrs at above said address since 2 months, he blessed with 3 children among them his elder daughter named Asfia Begum, age 17 yrs who is mentally re****ed since birth due to which he always tie her with chains and she is also getting treatment in Erragadda mental hospital, today i.e..12-10-2023 at about 1100 he left home to make Adhaar card for his daughter, meantime his daughter removed her chain and left home at about 1200 hrs, they searched in every possible places and every effort went in vein, now he have come to police station to lodge a complaint and he requested the kind officer to take necessary action as per law.
