Bhomani's 28-foot-long and 5-foot-broad plastic bottle boat symbolizes his commitment to cleaning up the river and promoting a pollution-free environment. On June 1st, Bhomani, accompanied by three companions, set sail from Dibrugarh, bound for Guwahati. Over the course of 13 days, they will traverse the Brahmaputra, collecting plastic waste along the way and highlighting the importance of preserving our natural resources. This isn't Bhomani's first endeavor of this kind; he has previously successfully navigated plastic bottle boats to destinations like Majuli, Dhingmukh, and Chankpara, demonstrating his dedication to environmental conservation.

Regarding this Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto has stated that sale of illegal lottery like Shillong Teer, Nagaland Arrow, Raja Rani etc being sold at Town are illegal and contravenes to the Lottery Regulation Act 1998. In Dimapur it can also be seen that sale of lotteries have been stopped from May 30.
