Resturent style chicken verta recipe.

Ingredients:
Chicken - 600grm
Egg - 2 boiled
Curd - 4 tablespoon (2 for marination + 2 for gravy)

Onion - 1 medium
Tomato - 1 medium
Green Chilli - to taste
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoonfull
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoonfull

Salt - 1and 1/2 teaspoon
Turmaric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Dhania Powder - 1 teaspoon
Jeera Powder - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Garammasala Powder -1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Crashew Nut - 10-15
Posto/Charmogoj - 1 teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 2 pinch
Amul Fresh Cream - 2 tablespoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon

Lote Fish - 300gm
Mustered Oil - 4 Tablespoon
Onion - 1 Medium Size
Tomato - 1 Medium and 1 small size
Ginger - 1 cube

All Bengali are foodie and fish lover. We all likes Hilsa, Chingri(Prawns) and Vetki fish. I have prepared a simple but tasty dish for you which we can make within 20 minutes very easily. Who don't know how to cook they can also cook it easily. You need to follow the below steps.

1. Potato - One medium size (You can add Coliflowers also.)
2. Tomato - One medium size
3. Green Chilli- To taste
4. Fish- 3
5. Salt - to taste
6. Turmaric - 1 teaspoon
7. Jeera Powder - 1 teaspoon.
8. Panchforon / Jeera / Kala Jeera
