Celebrating International Women’s Times (not merely a day!)

in the 12th Episode of the Imaginal Talk Series on Learning & Skills Development on the 26th of March 2022, at 6:00pm, to know more about the competencies of women projects leaders and managers.

Is there a growing tribe of entities globally, that think that women and men, both, must follow work principles that are more egalitarian? Is machoism on the wane and the rise of anthropologically proven feminine values that are seeping into human work on the rise? Is there parity when one observes nurturance, sensitivity, supportiveness, warmth, humility, cooperativeness, residing comfortably with dominant strong, independent, assertive and innovative traits….? Is there growing convergence and acceptance on gender parity and closer regard to competences that are mutually transferable rather than being mutually exclusive?

As more enter historically macho workplaces, managing and leading projects and organisations, we ask Ms. Irial O’Farrell and Ms. Lakshmi Priya Gopal two women in the project space who belong to two different generations on which competences and skills stand them in good stead.
