“Tough times never last, but tough people do.”

To feel accepted is a nearly universal human desire. After all, we evolved to survive better in groups, where fitting in and having the trust and respect of our peers are the measures of success.

We may analyze each look and word that comes our way for clues that we’ve been judged and found acceptable or lacking. Someone passing in the hall without a hello may leave us red-faced and convinced we don’t deserve notice. We may exhaust ourselves trying to be cool enough, hard-working enough, attractive enough, or successful enough to feel valued.

We all need a little awareness of how others view us to keep balanced and attuned to how we affect others. But too much concern about what people think can lead us to value only what others want from us, rather than what we desire and need.

No matter what your goal in life is there’s only 24 🧭hours a day for everyone . A task when completed is checked off a lost feels liberating and enormously 💰rewarding .

A good productive is a composition of multiple factors, just hard work won’t get you there you need to take care of yourself too🤴🏼
🎯 good amount sleep
🎯 a healthy diet
🎯 physical movements
All these factors form your day of being productive 👤

People often admonish behaviour by telling someone 👎🏼to be ashamed or correct a child by saying “shame on you”. 🙇🏼‍♂️Many consider this as a acceptable behaviour than using physical or other forms of correcting measures. 👩🏼‍🔧

Discriminating based on mental characteristics offers no option for escape in unfair shamming 🐝. Shaming will either end in prejudice against a a group or a difficult form of breakdown 😢leading to tougher recovery process.⏳

Research has shown that better the quality of your relationships 💝the more you are to be happy 😊

We already know that physical exercise🏃‍♂️ is good for our body , but that it is not all how exercise helps us it can help in boosting our mood, improve sleep 😴and also works it’s magic on people going through depression, anxiety, stress.🌻

Even if we don’t go through mental stress it’s a time well spent approximately 20 mins a day ⏱
🎯 Sharper memory and thinking
🎯High self esteem
🎯Better sleep
🎯More energy

There is enough evidence to show that getting good duration of sleep😴 can increase your daily 🕰 productivity .

Sleep deprivation can causes a lot of physical damage to your body
🎯 weakens immunity
🎯creates memory issue
🎯increases blood pressure and weight gains

Where as getting good amount of sleep
🎯 increases awareness
🎯 motor skills like drawing , driving improves
🎯 skin looks better
🎯 Will improves overall balance

Try to get in at least 7 hrs of sleep daily ♥️

“Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear." ❤️

Positive coping statements encourage us and help us cope through distressing times.🥺 You only have to watch a tennis🎾 match to see the power of positive self talk. The player who looks despondent and is probably criticising himself 🙅‍♂️whilst making lots of mistakes and not playing very well. The other player may look very confident, using lots of positive self talk to encourage and push themselves, and they play like a master.🦹 This process might swap from player to player during the match - but the one who is using and believing positive self talk will be the better player at that time.😎

We can say these encouraging words to ourselves, and be our own personal coach.🦸‍♂️

We have all survived some very distressing times, and we can use those experiences to encourage us through current difficulties.🥳

“You are never too old to become younger!” 🤩

Do you think there is a certain age at which maturity sets in? Could it be 20? 40? 70?🧟 Age has little or nothing to do with it. So the question is: What are the character traits that show maturity? 🧐And do "mature" people exhibit them 100% of the time?😍

I'm not sure that we can be mature in every situation that presents itself to us because we are always growing📈 and learning as human beings, and I'm pretty sure that all of us have been guilty 🥺of at least some of these negative behaviors at times.

That being said, here may be some of the qualities of a good mature person:
🎈Realizing how much you don't know.
🎈Listening more and talking less.
🎈Being grateful and gracious, not complaining.
🎈Having forgiveness and compassion for yourself
and others.
🎈Being calm and peaceful, not desperate, frantic, or irrational.
🎈Sharing your good fortune with others.

That’s anxiety — our body’s natural response to stress.😵

However, when symptoms of anxiety become larger than the events that triggered them and begin to interfere with your life, they could be signs of an anxiety disorder. 🥴

How can anxiety can look for one may be different for another, we all are different and we deal with our anxiety differently.💛

Forgiveness is often defined as a deliberate decision to let go of feelings of anger😡, resentment, and retribution😤 toward someone who you believe has wronged you. However, while you may be quite generous in your ability to forgive others, you may be much harder on yourself.😕

Everyone makes mistakes, but learning how to learn from these errors, let go, move on,🚶‍♂️ and forgive yourself is important for mental health and well-being.🤩

Self-forgiveness is not about letting yourself off the hook nor is it a sign of weakness. 🧐The act of forgiveness, whether you are forgiving yourself or someone who has wronged you, does not suggest that you are condoning the behavior.🤔

How many times did you make such a decision: starting tomorrow, I will quit smoking, biting my nails,👩‍🍳 overeating, drinking coffee☕️… or: I will start exercising, 🏃‍♂️watch less television, be more organized… Typically, such decisions appear easy to put into practice, starting tomorrow, of course, just a little effort and attention needed.😁

Sooner or later, we find our own nails amongst our teeth, or a cookie 🍪in our hand, or we open a video game that stopped being interesting quite a while ago.🤖

To get rid of a bad habit, firstly you need to resolve those emotions,💚 or find a different, healthier way to feel better.🧐 As a first step, when you feel the urge to return to a bad habit, instead of trying to control it rationally, close your eyes and focus on your emotions.💙

Consistency is essential for success in any area. There is no way to get around the fact that mastery requires a volume of work.👩‍🌾 If you realize that individual failures have little impact on your long-term success, then you can more easily rebound from failures and setbacks👍. Being consistent is not the same as being perfect.💓

Its been a long year for each and everyone of us.👨‍🦯 Everyone of us had to make change to their lives, plans either for good or bad. In the end each one of us being individually strong have bulldozed🚌 passed to the year end.

Its finally time to enjoy a well deserved break. Enjoy time with your family,👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 smile with them, dance with them and eat with them🥘. Cherish this final week of a really odd year which we had to face off.😍

The idea of karma originated in Indian religions such as Hinduism🧎‍♀️ and Buddhism, but is also used in the West to mean that good deeds will be rewarded with good results, 😍with the opposite for bad deeds.😟 This assumption is captured in the popular saying “What goes around comes around” and in the much older proverb “As you sow, so shall you reap.”👾

What would it take to show that karma actually exists?🧐 We would need to consider a large sample of human behavior, and look to see whether there is a substantial correlation between people doing good 💚things and having good things happen to them later,❤ and between people doing bad things and having bad things happen to them later. 💔

You could say this world is more connected than it's ever been👫. Friends, family, and strangers who live miles apart can communicate instantly thanks to social media and email📩. It's as if time and space are collapsing, bringing all sorts of people closer to one another 👩‍❤️‍👨— yet so many of us feel lonely and can't seem to shake it. 😣

Prolonged feelings of isolation can come with serious health problems, both mental 😞and physical. Feelings of isolation are often associated with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.😵

So what should you do when you're feeling blue without anyone to lean on? 🐕Here are my tips on the post.
