Use of in Murshidabad, West Bengal may seem like a great initiative but is a Greenwash for real.

Why? When multi-layered packaging is stuffed into PET bottles, recycling both becomes impossible. Let this not be an excuse for FMCG companies to keep producing unsustainable packaging.

In this specific initiative, benches are being made with PET bottles filled with plastic packaging which is going to leach into the soil.

By 2050s if we dont change , we dont do anything there will be more plastic than fish in Oceans..
So far since 1950s we have produced 8.3 billion tones of plastic and 5.7 billion tones of them are waiting for nothing
Everybody thinks that plastic we see is a problem
Actual Problem is microplastic ..they are everywhere ... like 50% fish on earth eat plastic
This number will go higher if we dont do anything !!!
Lets save the world !!
