’s has soared to new heights, emerging as one of the nation’s top-performing airports. Witnessing a phenomenal surge in passenger statistics from 1,53,232 in FY 2020-21 to 6,16,058 in FY 2022-23, this airport has showcased its potential to become an aviation hub in the eastern region.

Witnessing the rising demand for the expansion of this airport, will soon develop a New Terminal Building at the airport on an area of 51,800 sqm. This state-of-the-art facility will be equipped with modern amenities to serve 3000 passengers during the peak hours and will also unlock boundless opportunities for tourism, commerce, employment and more.
