Gone are the days when women were regarded inferior and unfortunate. We thank yesteryear women who attributed in raising the status of women.

It is quoted that,
'The status of women depicts the social,economic and mental condition in the nation. Furthermore it is said in our scriptures women are regarded as a symbol of spirituality.
Though, there has been a steady transformation in status of the women. But still we need to work on certain areas to dignify their position in family and Society. So here's is a piece of advice to all the females.

Take 'A solo trip'
A...break....much needed... Break your boundaries and free yourself. Give your mind and soul a solo time. Go and explore yourself within. Do the things you like the most like painting, dancing, sleeping, etc whatever maybe your hobby but have some 'me time'. As this pandemic has taught us so much. Where we give least priority to our mental health.

Re-live your old life. As a human you are doing too much for society but your mental health is in your hand.
So, friends, Don't be example of Morbidity. Live your life to fullest with no regrets.

Our society has some predefined perceptions. Like pink is meant for girls and blue is meant for boys.

Education is still lacking when we talk about gender equality. It's a socially framed taboo that boys should not cry and girls are prohibited from laughing loudly

But nature has its own Rules. My daughter likes more blue over pink. Don't push your child in this rar race.

Let your child Explore, innovate and imagine. Give them chance to choose thier favourite colour. Give them freedom to sit whatever way they want to. Don't start body shaming them at a very small age. Let them widen up their legs and relax. Don't put boundaries. Let them have their own voice.
