📍Dhanushkodi - The last Road of India
On this 21km long stretch, the most marvelous thing to notice is how the two seas which are separated by just a road behaves. On the left is the notorious Indian Ocean and on the right is the ever peaceful Bay of Bengal.
Mythology depicts that exactly at this point Lord Ram told the Vanar sena to form the Ram-setu to reach Lanka.
The touch point of Srilanka from here is merely 35 kms. However, this place looks magical only thru the drone view, otherwise it's just like standing on yet another beach

Vivekananda Memorial is carved on a massive rock right in the sea/ocean in the year 1970. According to stories, this rock is the one where Devi Kanyakumari (Parvathi) performed Tapasya for Lord Shiva.
Situated beside the memorial is 41 mtr tall statue of the great poet of South, Thiruvalluvar, unveiled on 1st Jan 2020

Pamban Bridge - A marvel of South India! This 2.5 km long railway bridge constructed in 1914 was the only way you could reach the island of Rameshwaram up until 1988, when the road bridge parallel to the tracks was made. Every train passing thru the bridge takes exactly 15 mins to cross it as it’s one of the most risky tracks of the country
