Maharashtra Rains: Claimed more than 27 lives in 3 districts; Yellow alert in Mumbai

More than 27 people have died in the incidents occurred due to rain in Pune, Sangli, & Solapur districts of Maharashtra, officials said on Thursday.
At least 20,000 people had been rescued to safer places in these three districts. Maharashtra's capital Mumbai also observed water-logging in many regions after overnight rains on Thursday.
The Mumbai city received 106.01 mm rain in the 24 hours finishing up at 8 am on Thursday, ensued by 69.18 mm rain in eastern suburbs and 58.36 mm in western suburbs during the same period, a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) official said.

Videos also show the victim’s mother pleading Police Officers by throwing herself on the hood of the Ambulance carrying her body. Her mother was weeping helplessly to let the body be brought home one last time. At the village, her mother sat on the road sobbing and beating her chest. But the cops insisted to take her daughter straight to cineration, without allowing the last look.
The police vehicle was stopped multiple times. But the cops allegedly pushed the protesters away and drove towards the funeral ground.
Continuing their bizarre acts, the Hathras Police formed a human chain to keep reporters, the family, and villagers away. Only cops were present. Her family could not even see her one last time.

BHOPAL: Purshottam Sharma, a DG-rank officer in Madhya Pradesh, was withdrawn from his post after a horrible video of him allegedly beating his wife got on viral.
The video of Sharma hitting his wife and nailing her on the floor, saying he was assaulted with scissors, emerged on social media around midnight on Sunday. On Monday, another video occurred showing Sharma’s wife ostensibly discovering him in the house of another woman, which is said to be the catalyst for the turmoil that followed at the IPS officer’s home.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday said, “He (Sharma) has been reduced of his job. If anyone in an important position perpetrates any illegal act or takes the law in his hands, action will be taken, irrespective of who the person is. The action would be taken.”

Many National Highways blocked by farmers over the controversial Farmer Bills
Since June 5 farmers in Punjab and Haryana have been protesting against three directives declared by the Centre.
In Punjab Farmer unions began a three-day ‘Rail roko’ protest over Centre’s farm Bills at six diverse locations in the state with 1,000 to 1,500 farmers assembling on the tracks at all protest places.
The Railways somewhat cancelled 20 trains and short-terminated five trains until September 26 as protesters obstructed rail tracks at various places, including Amritsar, Ferozepur, Sangrur, Barnala, Mansa, and Nabha.
Several organisations in Haryana, including the Bharti Kisan Union (BKU), have also extended support to the nationwide strike called by some farmers'' bodies against the bills. While the ruling Congress and therefore the AAP have extended support to the farmers'' protest, the Shiromani Akali Dal has announced to carry road blockades.
The ‘rail roko’ begun at about 1 pm on Thursday, will remain till 1 pm on Saturday, stated Satnam Singh Pannu, president of Kisan Mazdoor Sangh Committee.
Farmers in Punjab and Haryana resolution go on a day-long strike on Friday in protest upon the Farm Bills. Almost 31 farmer organizations have also declared an unlimited ‘rail roko’ agitation from October 1.

Early this morning about ten people have died subsequently a three-storeyed building collapsed in Bhiwandi near Mumbai, police stated as listed by news agencies. Nearly 20 people are still worried about trapped beneath the building.

Mukesh Devi, an elderly woman was brutally assaulted by her neighbour on September 12, in Ghaziabad’s Kavi Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
A video of the incident went viral on social media and the brutality was utterly shocking. In the video, The accused can be seen mercilessly thrashing the victim around 5 pm on Saturday. The man cornered the elderly woman in front of a grocery shop, held her to the ground, and started punching her. A steel chair was thrown at her in full public view. According to the report, The man had also passed some obscene comments.
The woman had gone to confront the accused person identified as Sunil Chaudhary on which he got agitated and started beating her. The allegation was that he evaded her daughter and passed some vulgar comments.
Chaudhary, who attacked the woman was her neighbour. Earlier also, they had a tussle over certain things. The Brutality was in response to her standing up against her daughter getting eve teased.
More shocking is the fact that the incident happened in full public view, but no one came to help Mukesh Devi and they just stood there silently.
The Superintendent Of Police, Ghaziabad, Abhishek Verma, mentioned that the accused has been identified as Sunil Chaudhary. He was arrested after the FIR was lodged by the complainant.
Ghaziabad Police claimed that the complaint does not mention any matter of eve-teasing. But the elderly woman had alleged that she was beaten up by some local youths, the police said.
The woman was admitted to a hospital for severe head injuries. Her condition was stated to be critical but stable.

As soon as the Fire Erupted, 7 Fire brigade Rescue Vehicles were present on the spot. Unexpectedly required actions were taken and the Fire tenders tried to Control the Out-burst.
According to primary Sources the blast took place because of Medical Waste being Burnt near the Safdarjung Hospital's Waste Plant. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported yet.
As soon as the Fire flared-up an atmosphere of great fear spread among the COVID-19 infected Patients and Medical Staff on Duty. As people saw Smoke erupting the Hospital building was emptied immediately.
The Safdarjung Hospital is a COVID-19 dedicated Government Hospital under Delhi Central Government. Many COVID-19 affected patients are being treated in the Hospital.

After the dubious administration of sion hospital, the dead body of 27-year-old Ankush Surwade was cremated by another family.
The family of Ankush claims he had injuries on the head and they were astonished after seeing the huge medical cut on his stomach.
The family & friends of Ankush surwade questioned Hospital & Police but got nothing.

Ankush Surwade, aka Anky a dancer and resident of sion Mumbai met with a bike accident on August 28. Ankush was then immediately moved to Sion hospital. He was denied treatment in the hospital, an associate of Ankush told Darpan.
Ankush was waiting for treatment for at least 10 hours in sion hospital, he was admitted after the pressure of local corporator and MLA, his associate added.
Yesterday, on September 13 at 3.30 AM in the morning the Sion hospital declared Ankush Surwade dead. Astonished by news of his death his friends and family members were extremely saddened and shocked.
Sushil, an associate of Ankush saw a scar (Medical cut) on the left side of ankush's stomach. When asked, the doctors at sion hospital said he was having some kind of stomach infection and due to the treatment there is scar or injury.
Post all this the dead body of Ankush Surwade was sent to postmortem and as his friend told Darpan, there were no labels tied or hanged with any dead body. After all the questioning to the hospital authorities, they bought labels and tied them.
Wherein the relatives of Ankush were waiting for his dead body, but they got to know that the Ankush's body was exchanged mistakenly and burned by another family after the final rites.
