The structural integrity of the building has been compromised, and there is a risk of collapse or other safety hazards. As responsible educators, it is our duty to ensure the well-being and security of our students at all times.

Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to arrange for the demolition of the old school building. This action is crucial to prevent any potential accidents or harm to the students and staff members.
I understand that this process may require authorization and coordination from various departments. However, given the urgency of the situation, I urge you to expedite the necessary procedures to initiate the demolition as soon as possible.
