Being Optimistic about Future
Date - 18th November 2022
Time - 6 pm

Being optimistic involves having a generally upbeat attitude on life and believing that good things will come to pass and that people's needs will be met. Pessimism, on the other side, entails having a pessimistic viewpoint on the world. The basic rule for most people is to be positive. Be an optimist, not a pessimist! is a phrase we frequently hear. You also do it for yourself at times. This can not only ease your heart when dealing with such a failure or issue. One can maintain both physical and mental health by being optimistic. Additionally, when being optimistic, certain methods of thinking, acting, and making decisions might have distinct results. Being an optimist seems simple thus far, but in reality, it's only a theory. Despite your best efforts, there are occasions when it is impossible to control your emotions and heart. And that is fine, because at least you were being optimistic in the way and positive about your future!

Hence, today we’ll be having a talk on this and how one can be optimistic!

Anemia in Women
Why women have iron deficiency & how to overcome?
Date - 14th November 2022
Time - 6 pm

The lack of sufficient iron in your body results in anemia. Iron is required by your body to assist your blood transport oxygen to every cell in your body. Anemia due to a lack of iron is more common in women than in males and is more prevalent during pregnancy. The most prevalent nutritional condition, iron deficiency, affects 20–25% of the world's population, primarily children and women. Due to menstrual blood loss, iron deficiency is more frequent among women of reproductive age. The danger of iron deficiency is, however, significantly increased by excessive blood loss, such as regular blood donation, low-bioavailability diets, and pregnancy's unique problems. Additionally, the normal reference ranges employed in laboratory testing are impacted by the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy.

Hence, today we’ll be having a talk on the why women are more prone to anemia and how one can overcome it?

Joint Family.... A Burden or Blessing
Date - 11th November 2022
Time - 6 pm

The conventional family structure is the joint family arrangement. Since ancient times, India has been dominated by this family structure. Under this arrangement, the paternal grandparents, their male offspring, and their families all reside under one roof. Every family member contributes to domestic duties, dividing the workload and easing the weight. Due to the misconception that living in a joint family is always a loss, which is untrue, there are incredibly few people who do so nowadays. The advantages and disadvantages of cohabiting with another person and living in the same house are numerous. The blended family structure has benefits of its own. It fosters a spirit of discipline, sacrifice, teamwork, and good will. But there are drawbacks to this system as well. There grows resentment toward some family members.

Hence, today we’ll be having a discussion talk on the pros and cons of living in a joint family!

Challenges After 40
Date - 10th November 2022
Time - 5 pm

Most people are tormented by silent but deadly illnesses including hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease due to busy schedules, irregular health-care practises, and bad habits. It is crucial to regularly test for common illnesses because the majority of illnesses go undiagnosed and don't manifest symptoms until they are far along. Midlife, the stage of a woman's life between childhood and elder maturity, has been called a time of transition. Between the ages of 30 and 40, a woman has a significantly increased risk of having breast cancer. Women over 40 need to be aware of the dangers to both their developing kid and themselves. In recent years, the likelihood of having diabetes has multiplied across all age categories. All women over the age of 40 eventually experience menopause and perimenopause (pre-menopause). It's crucial to be aware of the symptoms of perimenopause and what you can do to manage them.

Hence, today we’ll be having a talk on the challenges women face and how they can tackle these challenges!

If you believe something to be impossible, it is impossible, and if you believe something to be feasible, it is possible. Success does not happen overnight. Everything takes time, patience, and constant effort. A similar story is Meenakshi Walake’s story, a resident of Chandrapur, Maharashtra, and she is known as the "Bamboo woman" in jest. Meenakshi is most likely the nation's first bamboo craftsperson to have her abilities ironed in Jerusalem, Israel. She is a fearless woman because she has a strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and perseverance. Many ups and downs act as roadblocks in our paths, but if we are determined on fulfilling our lives in accordance with our dreams, nothing can stop us. We feel helpless as long as we let ourselves. This is just the introduction to her inspiring story and a story like this is worth a hear!

Inside the Heart of Homemakers- Let’s Acknowledge the Pain together
Date - 19th October 2022
Time - 6 pm

The work of a homemaker is one amongst those jobs which are unpaid but require the same amount of time and effort which an accountant, a doctor, a teacher would take, or in fact, sometimes more. Without the homemaker's management skills, others' lives would be difficult and miserable. Individuals frequently associate a person's status and importance with their education levels, degrees, work, official position, and financial wealth. They do not regard the home as an important place in everyone's life. House chores necessitate work, sacrifice, and determination, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Respect, Educate, Show Affection, and finally recognize the work they've put in efforts for and let it not be something they have to do just out of helplessness and love!

Therefore, today we’ll be having a talk on acknowledging home maker’s efforts and sharing their pain!

The Future is Here! The Use of Robots in Gynecological Problems and Women’s Health
Date - 18th October 2022
Time - 6 pm

The practise of medicine is changing as a result of the exceptional rate of technological innovation in our day. More than any other group of healers in human history, we can currently provide for patients. Previously, traditional gynaecological surgery needed huge incisions, which frequently led to blood loss, tissue trauma, and hospital stays equal to or greater than a soda can. The less invasive laparoscopic surgical techniques, which use robotically controlled equipment, tiny cameras, and smaller incisions, represent a more recent development in gynaecological surgery. Traditional laparoscopic surgery, however, has drawbacks and is less popular for difficult surgical procedures.

Hence, today we’ll be having a discussion on how AI and Robots can be used for solving women health related problems!

Looking for and concentrating on the negative seems to be in our nature. Since the negative tends to outweigh the positive in most situations, we always choose to see the flaws and negative side. According to certain research, personality qualities like optimism and pessimism can have an impact on a variety of aspects of your health and well-being. Effective stress management relies heavily on the optimistic mindset that it typically entails. Additionally, effective stress management has a number of positive effects on health. The impact of optimism and optimistic thinking on health is still a topic of research. Planning your family after settlement? - Ways & Consequences!
Date - 12th October 2022
Time - 6 pm

Family planning aids in defending women against any health hazards that can arise before to, during, or following childbirth. Infections, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, miscarriage, and stillbirth are a few of them. Because they are more susceptible to health hazards, women who become pregnant after age 35 should also be carefully planned for. Teenagers can be protected against the physical, mental, and financial hardship of an unwanted pregnancy by using family planning, and more specifically, contraception. The prime reproductive years for women are from their late teens to late 20s. Age 30 marks the onset of a reduction in fertility (the capacity to become pregnant). Once you're in your mid-30s, this drop accelerates. By the age of 45, most women's chances of spontaneously becoming pregnant have significantly decreased. A later pregnancy for a woman increases the likelihood of problems. The health of the foetus may also be impacted by pregnancy later in life.

Hence, today we’ll be having a talk on how to plan and take care for the future!

Cancerous cells in the breasts can develop into breast cancer. While breast cancer can affect men as well, it affects women much more frequently. Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer have been made possible by significant financing for breast cancer awareness campaigns and research.
