Experiences – 4 to 6 years in QA/QC or in TPIA of Static Equipment & Piping, Experience of quality control and quality assurance for the pressure vessel and piping manufacturing, welding, NDT ( Level-II ) performance in this industry.

Qualification – Diploma/B.E Mechanical/Fabrication/Production

Job Profile –

Experience of quality control and quality assurance of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping skids mfg. industry.Preparation of inspection and test plans, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), welding plans. weld maps, Welding procedure qualifications and welder qualifications, WI , SOPS, QAP.

Knowledge of code and standard ASME section- VIII Div. 1 & 2, ASME section- IX, V and ASME Section-2.

Preparation of inspection reports and approval from TPI and customer.

RT, PT, MT, UT( Level -2 certification.
Knowledge of various materials and their specifications used in fabrication industries like carbon stell, low alloy steel pipes, fittings, plate pipes, fittings & plate.
