In a case of unprecedented brutality in Budgam, a 45-year-old married carpenter has killed a 30-yr-old unmarried woman of Soibug at his home in Mohanpora (Ompora), chopped off her head, sliced the body into pieces and dumped the same at different spots. Budgam Police have recovered all pieces of the body last night. This is the second murder in the neighbourhood of the district headquarters in a week. Police should act and people should co-operate in the investigation. Following a missing report, which was filed by the parents of the young woman, Budgam Police have identified, traced and arrested the culprit who has admitted to the heinous crime.
