पंचवर्षीय विधिक अध्ययन संस्थान शिमला में ‘बौद्धिक संपदा कानून- मुद्दें एवं चुनौतियां’ विषय पर आयोजित हुई कार्यशाला

विज्ञान प्रौद्योगिकी के दौर में बौद्धिक संपदा की सुरक्षा करना वर्तमान समय की सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है। यह बात हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्याल के प्रित-कुलपति प्रो. राजिंदर वर्मा ने बौद्धिक संपदा कानून- मुद्दें एवं चुनौतियां विषय पर आयोजित राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला के दौरान कही। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि प्रो. वर्मा ने कहा कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति सृजनात्मक होता है परंतु बहुत कम ऐसे होते हैं जिन्हें बौद्धिक संपदा कानून के बारे में जानकारी होती है। बौद्धिक संपदा कानून एवं आधिकारों पर विमर्श करने का यह सबसे सही समय है।

हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्याल पंचवर्षीय विधिक अध्ययन संस्थान शिमला द्वारा आयोजित इस एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला में देशभर से दो सौ से ज्यादा प्रतिभागियों नें हिस्सा लिया और बौद्धिक संपदा कानून से जुड़े विभिन्न आयामों जैसे कॉपीराइट, पेटेंट, ट्रेडमार्कस् पर व्यवहारिक जानकारी हासिल की।

पंजाब विश्विद्यालय विधि विभाग के आधिष्ठाता प्रो. दविंदर सिंह नें बताया कि बौद्धिक संपदा कानून पर कार्यशाला आयोजित करना एक सार्थक कदम है और इससे कानून के विद्यार्थियों को विशेष लाभ होगा।

पंजाब विश्विद्याल विधि विभाग की प्रो. ज्योति रत्तन ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि बौद्धिक संपदा कानून वर्तमान समय में एक उभरता क्षेत्र है और कानून के विद्यार्थियों के लिए इस कानून से जुड़ा आधारभूत सैधांतिक एवं व्यवहारिक ज्ञान होना अति आवश्यक है। साथ ही यूएनडीपी के साथ स्वतंत्र सलाहाकर के तौर पर कार्यकरत प्रो. नीलिमा जयरथ ने कहा कि इस क्षैत्र की सबसे बड़ी चुनौती यह है कि नव अन्वेषणों के साथ कानून के क्षेत्र में कार्य करने वाले लोगों को अवगत एवं जागरुक रहना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।
कार्यशाला में प्रो. एनके गुप्ता, डॉ. वैशाली ठाकुर, डॉ. शिवा सतीष, डॉ. वनीता खन्ना ने समानांतर सत्रों के दौरान बौद्धिक संपदा कानून से जुड़े अलग-अलग पहलुओं पर चर्चा की।

कार्यशाला के संयोजक एवं विधिक अध्ययन संस्थान के निदेश्क प्रो. शिव कुमार डोगरा ने सभी प्रतिभागियों का धन्यावाद किया एवं कार्यशाला के सफल आयोजन के लिए आयोजक समिति को बधाई दी। कार्यशाला की समन्वयक ड़ॉ. वीना चंदेल ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को कार्यशाला की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। इस दौरान कार्यशाला की सह-समन्वयक डॉ. करुणा मछान, आयोजक सचिव डॉ. अंजना कुमारी एवं अन्य शिक्षक भी मौजूद रहे।

हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचवर्षीय विधिक अध्यय संस्थान के छात्रों ने देखी विधानसभा की कार्यवाई

हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचवर्षीय विधिक अध्यय संस्थान के 100 से अधिक छात्रों ने हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा की चल रही मॉनसून सत्र की कार्यवाई देखी। इस दौरान छात्रों ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सुख्खू एवं प्रदेश विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष श्री कुलदीप पठानिया से भेंट की। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्रों से लैंगिक समानता, महिलाओं को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उपलब्ध अवसर एवं कानून से जुड़े अन्य मुद्दों पर बात की और छात्रों की राय जाननी चाही। साथ ही विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने छात्रों को विधानसभा की कार्यवाई एवं विधेयक को पारित करने की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी।

इस दौरे में संस्थान के निदेशक प्रो. शिव कुमार डोगरा एवं डॉ. संयोगिता ठाकुर भी छात्रों के साथ रहे। संस्थान के निदेशक प्रो. शिव कुमार डोगरा ने विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष एवं उनके स्टाफ का धन्यवाद किया और कहा कि यह दौरा कानून के छोत्रों के लिए विशेष महत्व रखता है। उन्हें कानून बनने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में प्रत्यक्ष ज्ञान होता है। साथ ही इस दौरे की संयोजिका डॉ. संयोगिता ठाकुर ने कहा कि इस तरह की गतिविधियों से छात्रों को व्यवहारिक ज्ञान होता है जो की उन्हें भविष्य में सहायक होता है।

On 4th of September 2024, 25 students of HPUILS participated in a One-Day State-Level Workshop on “Laws Protecting Women” organized at RKMV, Shimla. This workshop was part of the Legal Awareness Week conducted under the ‘100 Days Special Awareness Campaigns’ initiated by SANKALP (Hub for Empowerment of Women) as part of Mission Shakti. *अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एड्स दिवस पर विधिक संस्थान में नारा लेखन एवं जाकरुकता रैली* हिमाचल प्रदेश विधिक अध्ययन संस्थान की रेड रिबन एवं एनएसएस इकाई ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एड्स दिवस के उपलक्ष्य पर नारा लेखन प्रतियोगिता एव जागरुकता रैली का आयोजन किया। इसमें विश्वविद्यालय के 50 से अधिक छात्रों ने भाग लिया। नारा लेखन प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम स्थान आरुषि चौहान ने दूसरा स्थान निधि और तीसरा स्थान मुस्कान शांडिल ने हासिल किया। रेड रिबन इकई की संयोजिका डॉ. करुणा मछान ने बताया कि एड्स जैसी लाईलाज बीमारी की रोकथाम के लिए जागरुकता एक सशक्त माध्यम है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए संस्थान में इस विषय पर नारा लेखन एवं जाकरूकता रैली का आयोजन किया गया। संस्थान एनएसएस अधिकारी डॉ. रीतिका राणा ने बाताय कि युवाओं को ऐसे जागरुकता अभियान में बढ़चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेना चाहिए और देश की युवा शक्ति सृ
