An online tech E Course initiative , there are many advance area of research and tech domains. This initiative is for chemical and allied subjects. This initiative required the. expertise in the particular domain. We are inviting PhD/MSc/MTech degree holders to be a part of this initiative. Such e course are helpful to our young researcher and technologist for advance their skills. We are looking partnership with other institutes /colleges/Universities, for joint running some courses. Fee and duration of a course depend on the mutual understanding of collaborative partner /associate member/course coordinator. Stop producing Engineering graduates who can’t solve technological problems confronting the country.

MITWS will soon start commence training of Engineering Lecturers on Outcome Based Education

Such Outcome base education module focuses on how best students utilizes the knowledge gained inside the classroom, rather than what they can memorize in class.

The institutions had for long been complaining about the less quality of engineers produced in the country “that our graduates are unemployable.”
our technology would have developed better if we had adopted the Outcome Based Education system, because the principle of the this system is focused on what they can develop. “It’s a system that makes them develop based on the system they are exposed to.”

India should become a technological producing country. Although it will be slow process but we will get to the final destination which is to produce graduates that can depend on themselves with knowledge and skill in order to apply to the problems that are in the locality and also be able to compete globally with other graduates from any part of the world.

We couldn’t produce what we consume because ” we only teach students something that is not useful. If we take the approach, in the next 5 to 10 years India will be producing what we need,”

it is not only a case in India but many other developing and poor countries that we have first-class Engineering graduates that are not useful and roaming the streets for the job ( or force to work on cery less salary or they fail to produce any real time produc) or we can say that they are not fundamentally prepared for the society. So, the out put based approach is meant to be a paradigm shift so that our teachers will be trained in our universities to not only cover the materials of the topic but to ask questions of what have my students learned ?”
