Nidhi Katare, a microbiology graduate from Jiwaji University in Gwalior, embarked on an entrepreneurial journey after a twist of fate led to her college building's demolition just before her lecture in 2016. She founded Natural Bio Impact and Research Pvt Ltd, specializing in mushroom cultivation. Today, Nidhi generates a monthly income of Rs 1.5 lakh by selling fresh and sun-dried mushrooms, their spawns, and other mushroom-related products, with support from her husband and a passion for teaching biology.
