French comfort, now premium✨

The Citroen Basalt X feels smooth and punchy in the city, but gets a bit vocal if you really put your foot down. The CVT too keeps the shifts calm and fluid. Inside is where the ‘X’ update make itself most apparent with new and premium brown-black dual-tone upholstery, gold accents, ambient lighting, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, cruise control, and the 10.25-inch Cara AI system, which responds to natural voice commands for navigation and air-con settings among others. That said, Basalt’s biggest draw has been its ride quality which is the same on the ‘X’.

Priced ₹9.42–13.1 lakh, it’s a sub-4m SUV that feels like a size up.

Honda Amaze gets 5-star Bharat NCAP rating! 🚗⭐

The third-generation Honda Amaze has now joined the safety elite — it has been awarded a 5-star crash safety rating under Bharat NCAP, becoming only the second sedan to do so after the Maruti Dzire.

✅ Adult Occupant Protection (AOP): 28.33 / 32 — a clear 5-star outcome.
✅ Child Occupant Protection (COP): 40.81 / 49 — earning a 4-star rating for child safety.
Across all six variants of the Amaze, Honda has provided a robust safety kit as standard:
➡️6 airbags
➡️ISOFIX child-seat anchors
➡️Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
