Mithaas is an independent home bakery specialising in a wide variety of irresistible and classic chocolate desserts. It is a small business owned by Komal Chopra, a passionate, self-taught baker who loves to use traditional techniques to come up with delicious contemporary desserts. Traditions passed down in the form of flavours, skills and nuances of the craft that Komal had learnt through her mother during her childhood. She realised that love is the secret ingredient of all the delicious desserts by watching and working attentively alongside her mother. ❤️

Since her childhood, Komal has loved cooking and experimenting with different varieties of ingredients. The first thing Komal learned was masala chai, and then there was no looking back for the 7-year-old passionate girl. She continued learning from her talented mother, who is an excellent cook. However, the most important thing that she had taught Komal was that the main ingredient in any recipe is love. And undoubtedly, the food prepared with utmost love and care tastes good and has additional nutritional value. ⚡️⚡️
