🔴 Kolte Patil Developers: Frustration Reaches New Heights at "Centria" (RERA No. P52100027893) 🔴

I never imagined I’d have to resort to social media to voice my concerns, but here we are.

We were promised possession of our flat at Centria R Building ­ Casa (RERA No. P52100027893) by June 2024. Now, it’s August, and despite numerous attempts to get updates—including emails to the Owner and CEO ATUL BOHRA and visits to their office in person—we’ve received no response from Kolte Patil, Kolte-Patil Developers Limited.

Key concerns:
🔴 Ignored at All Levels: Our concerns have been escalated to the highest levels, but we’ve heard nothing. Even an in-person visit yielded no concrete answers. This level of disregard is not only frustrating but unacceptable.

🔴 No Transparency on OC and Possession: Repeated requests for updates on the Occupancy Certificate (OC) and possession dates have been met with silence. This lack of clarity is causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.

🔴 No Discussion on RERA-Guaranteed Compensation: We’re entitled to compensation under RERA for delays, yet there has been no discussion or acknowledgment of this. This is a serious breach of our rights.

🔴 Legal and PR Challenges: While we understand that Kolte Patil Developers has a significant legal and PR team, this should not overshadow their obligation to their customers. PR tactics should not be a substitute for genuine customer service and accountability.

🔴 Ethical Concerns: How can a company with such a reputation overlook its customers' needs and rights? We invested our time, money, and trust, and this is the treatment we receive?

Kolte Patil Developers, it’s time to address your customers directly and provide the transparency and accountability we deserve. Ignoring us and relying on PR strategies will not resolve these issues. We need clear communication, firm timelines, and real action.

हर हर महादेव।

महाशिवरात्रि का उत्सव भारतीय सांस्कृतिक परंपरा में एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखता है। इस दिन के महत्व को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, भगवान शिव को मान्यता हैं जो भक्तों की समस्त इच्छाओं को पूरा करने वाले और संसार की रक्षा करने वाले हैं।

इस उत्सव के दौरान, लोग विभिन्न प्रकार की पूजा-अर्चना करते हैं, जैसे अभिषेक, दीपाराधना, रुद्राभिषेक, शिव तांडव स्तोत्र का पाठ, और महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जाप। कुछ स्थानों पर लोग नीरजल अभिषेक करते हैं, जिसमें शिवलिंग को जल से स्नान कराया जाता है।

इसके अलावा, कुछ स्थानों पर नृत्य, संगीत, और कथाओं का आयोजन किया जाता है। महाशिवरात्रि की रात को जागरण के दौरान, भगवान शिव की स्तुति गानी जाती है और उनका ध्यान किया जाता है।

इस उत्सव के दिन लोग व्रत रखते हैं और संयम और तपस्या में रहते हैं। यह दिन भगवान शिव की प्रसन्नता के लिए भक्तों की प्रार्थनाएं सुनने और उनकी कृपा को प्राप्त करने का शुभ अवसर होता है।
