| 𝐀𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢, 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐬.
ITANAGAR, Sept 6:: In the Chattarpur area of New Delhi, an innocent school-going student from Arunachal Pradesh fell victim to an unprovoked assault. The assailant captured this incident on CCTV cameras and proceeded to share the video of the attack on his own Instagram account of name Lillu Baba .
As a result, citizens of Arunachal Pradesh have been incensed by this incident, calling for decisive action in response. A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against the assailant at the Maiden Garhi Police Station.

🔸Latest Update: On preliminary enquiry by this channel, it has come to light that the assault took place on August 25.

The victims have been identified as Hongmay Ngemu of Changlang, 19 yrs, and Edvin Gameng, 15 yrs, both students of Colonel Satsangi's Kiran Memorial (CSKM) school, Satbari, New Delhi.

The two students had gone to the locality (Kharak village) after scaling the school boundary wall during the game period.

However, they were stopped by a local goon named Leelu Pradhan and his associates, who assaulted them without any specific reason.

A formal complaint was filed by the school principal on 29th of August at Maidan Garhi Police Station.
According to the school principal, the boys had left school to meet their relatives without giving any specific address.

The boys reported back to school on Sunday (September 2), however the CCTV footage of the brutal assault posted in an Instagram account came to the notice of the Hogmay's elder sister on September 6.

Immediately, she reported the matter to the Delhi Police's Special Unit for Northeast Region (SPUNER).
Responding to the complaint, SPUNER Joint Commissioner of Police, PN Khrimey and Inspector Amarjeet went to CSKM school for further enquiries.

They have recorded the statements of the victims and a criminal case under 308/34 IPC (attempt made under culpable homicide and Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention of crime) is being registered.
