volume of the 1st issue was launched in January 2013 and since it received a fruitful response it never stopped. Now after the success of 4th issue, plans are being made to make it a quarterly bulletin. It mainly focuses on real estate developments,
new property, government projects, social issues from the real estate perspective and the opinions, assistance and ideas of political, social leaders, renowned government officials, and business tycoons of the city. BANM holds a lavish Property exhibition every year in Navi Mumbai in order to give a wide choice of real estate properties from various locations under one roof to the public. There was always a need to reach out to the common
people with the intention of maintaining transparency between the buyers and builders and developers which would indirectly help in understanding people’s demand and expectations with respect to real estate sector of the city.
