My leadership journey can be summed up in two phases.2020-21 leadership experience was something which was never seen before but We as a Team seamlessly managed the transition overcoming all hurdles. There were no best practices for this, all the processes had to be made from scratch and there was no reference point. It was a experience which will give a lot of confidence for next year. Looking forward to your support to continue my leadership journey next year.

I know myself better than anyone else and that is why I will always remain true to myself. I promise to myself that I will carry on taking care of myself and cultivate everything that makes me happy.

One of the most important duty of a council member as President and VP Education of your respective clubs is to attend District Council meeting so that you can not only witness what is happening in your district, growth of your district but also to align yourself to district goals. I am thankful to District Leadership Committee for having faith and trust in my capabilities to lead the district by nominating me as a slated candidate for the position of District Director. I hope to do justice to my role if I am selected by the council members.
I hope to interact with most of you while making all efforts to make the district shine in the current term as PQD.

Cultivate resources and leadership for the new districts. At the end of the next year our District will split into three districts. An event that is going to be important and historic as well. Together with the experience I have in Leading Organizations at a Senior Leadership Level and my Toastmasters District Leadership Experience for the last few years I am perfectly placed to strategize this split. My priority thus is to steer the District Administration and help prepare the platform to create 3 healthy new Districts for the year 2022-23.

Exactly, a year ago we have all began a journey together on an unknown path towards excellence and providing an uninterrupted platform for our members to practice communication and leadership skills. It was difficult to imagine meetings, contests, speeches being conducted on virtual platform. When I look back I feel so proud and happy with your efforts as you have shown courage to excel despite adversities. We have achieved success even after the absence of the most motivating factor in toastmasters which is meeting different people in physical space. Let me commend each one of you for excelling in these difficult times.

Next year will be historic, a year where we look forward to being prepared for a “New Normal”. Our leadership at the Club and the District will be tested once again and our efforts to make a difference through our Toastmaster Clubs will be tested.
