Subject - *Memorandum* for protest against demolition of houses and shops in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh by running bulldozers in an unconstitutional manner.
Sir,
India is a democratic country, From the Supreme Court to the High Court, courts have been set up in the districts for Justice. and there is no rule to punish anyone without the order of the Court, but in Bareilly of Uttar Pradesh and in many places. Houses and shops are being demolished by bulldozers without the order of the court, and similarly in Khargone of Madhya Pradesh, shops and houses of Muslims were demolished without any notice, without any fault and without court order, taking unilateral unconstitutional action. Which is completely injustice, painfully dictatorship and is unconstitutional. Similarly, in the name of procession in Delhi's Jahangirpuri, without permission, the army of goons came out with swords and shouting slogans and abusing them directly in Muslim localities and at many places with Muslims. There was a fight and in Delhi's Jahangirpuri, shops and houses of Muslims were demolished in a unilateral action without the order of the court, which is unconstitutional, that injustice is complete. Due to which there is a lot of anger among the people all over the country. We demand from you that the law of the constitution should be followed in the interest of the country and such action should be stopped.
While sending a memorandum to you today, we demand - *1* Necessary directions should be given to all the state governments to maintain the rule of law that no one's shop and house should be demolished without the order of the court!
*2* In Khargone of Madhya Pradesh and Jahangirpuri in Delhi, people whose houses have been demolished after the riots without the order of the court, they should be ordered to get full compensation from the state governments.
*3* Those officers who have demolished shops and houses of Muslims in Khargone of Madhya Pradesh and Jahangirpuri in Delhi without the order of the court by using bulldozers should be immediately suspended and punitive action should be taken against them.
