Fankaar Music India Limited is an Indian music record label releasing and distribution company founded by 4 visionary partners - Sona Uniyal, Divesh Kumar, Anshul Soni and Ambrish Anand in December 2018.
It is primarily known for Bollywood, Classical, Punjabi, Bhajan,Jazz, Sufi, Carnatic,Indi-pop, Odissi Music, Regional/Folk Music, Ghazals,Hip-Hop, West-Bengal music , Qawwali, Thumri, soundtracks and Indian- rock music.
1) To operate factory, studios, hold ownership, recording, composing or engage in any of business of voice such songs, music, tempo, speech, or visual or visual & audio into cassettes, record, magnetic sound recording tape, magnetic picture recording tape and employ persons to write, compose, adapt or arrange plays, scenarios, sketches, songs, music, dances and any other theatrical, musical or variety compositions, and to enter into agreements with authors, composers and lyric writers or other persons for the dramatic or other rights over operas, stage plays, revues, ballets, musical compositions, films, scenarios and other musical and dramatic performances and entertainments, or for their production in any part of the world.
2) To engage, provide and employ, or to act as agents in the engaging, providing and employing of, artistes, actors, singers, dancers, variety performers, instructors, entertainers and any other persons or companies in connection with the production, transmission and performance of Music scenarios, plays, operas, pantomimes, ballets, concerts, exhibitions, entertainments, performances and amusements of any kind.
3) To acquire and dispose of copyrights, licences and any other rights or interests in any literary, dramatic or musical work, and any poem, song, composition (musical or otherwise), picture, drawing, work of art or photograph, and to print, publish or cause to be printed or published anything of which the company has a copyrights or right to print or publish, and to sell, distribute and deal with any matter so printed or published, and to grant licences or rights in respect of any property of the company to any other person, firm or company.
4) To carry on in India or outside India or elsewhere the business to present, produce, arrange, manage, organize, conduct, sponsor, compose, edit, plan, design, exhibit, demonstrate, promote, operate, participate, collaborate and run at national and international level all sorts of shows and modeling, films, programmes of song, music, dance, film star, pop star, T.V. channels, entertainment web-sites and for the purpose to engage, book or hire artists, authors, story writers, musicians, models, performers, and other persons and agencies .
5) To carry on the businesses of entertainment promoters, sports promoters, artistes, managers and representatives in all or any spheres of entertainment and sport.
6) To carry on in India or abroad the business of event management, promotional events, Award ceremonies, Product launching platform, sampling of products, organizing ground level kiosks, advertising and publicity agents, consultants and contractors and for this purpose to purchase, sell, sponsor, charter, manage, acquire, undertake, hold, provide and promote, publicity or advertising time space or opportunity on and radio station, broadcasting center, television center, music video and music audio video cassettes, production distribution & marketing of hoarding, neonsigns, electronic display board, digital printing, cinema cable network, Fixtures, shop in shop , newspaper, magazines, souvenirs and all other present and future medias or devices including electronic media through internet.
7) To carry on the business of production distribution & marketing of films, serials, Ad films, documentaries, music videos, music cassettes, and other works in audio and/or video format, multimedia services, information/content providers on media industry and other related activities.
8) To carry on the business of marketing, and to carry on designing and producing, publishing of banners, magazines, catalog and broachers
9) To undertake, handle and carry on business in India and abroad connected with events for different corporate, companies or individuals which includes any happening such as organizing and management of luxury events, government & private events, road shows including financial market, expositions, seminars, fashion shows, concerts, lavish parties, conferences, social events e.g. summer camp for children, game shows, fun events & theme e.g. disney theme, corporate golf tours, corporate family carnival, brand launches, brand promotion and management, cultural events & celebrity management, award nights, entertainment shows, music shows, exhibitions, starnights, event management shows, fashion shows, organising fairs, expositions, meets, product launches, concerts, gala dinners, weddings, pandals, religious events, government, college and school festivals, theme parties, Online promotion of events, concerts, live shows, parties and sale of tickets or simply bookings & reservations and to acquire, purchase, sale, import or export, let on hire, install for that purposes various things, equipments and systems viz. audio visual systems, exhibitions, display panels and boards, conference kit and guides, and to provide support services including venue decor and intrastructural support as providing venue booking, no objection certificates and government permissions, sound and light arrangements, fabrication of stalls, stage platforms, decorative items, transportation and labour or any other device or systems to execute the said business.
10) To carry on such other incidental/auxiliary activities as may be necessary in connection with sales promotion & event management
