Easiest plaster art flower
I make my own paste by mixing 3 parts wall putty+2 parts of glue+1 part acrylic paint.
Although you can directly use modelling paste or joint compound, glue can be added to adjust the consistency.

Add some Baking soda to the acrylic paint and paint the pot with that paste, let it dry and your concrete pot is ready. Works when you want the pots lighter in weight unlike concrete.
