Boba Tea Style| How to Make Boba Tea Home Made Style
Boba Tea Recipe
Ingredients: Sabudana powder, Powdered sugar, Cornflour, Food colour, Water, Maple syrup,Milk
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare Boba Pulps:
Mix Sabudana Powder, powdered sugar, cornflour, food colour and some water and knead well. And prepare a dough.
Make small round balls from the dough.
Boil water on the gas and add the prepared balls to it.
Boil the balls until they are cooked well and get a bright colour.
Remove the balls and keep them aside.
2. Prepare Milk and Maple Syrup:
Take a glass- Add two teaspoon of maple syrup to it (you can also use syrup of your choice). Mix milk in it and keep it aside.
3. Prepare the tea:
Make black tea (like you would regular tea), but add less sugar since the boba and maple syrup will already add sweetness. Let the black tea cool.
4. Serve the boba tea:
Pour the black tea into the prepared glasses. Pour the milk and maple syrup mixture on top. Finally, add the boiled boba pulp.
Your boba tea is ready.

Ingredients:
Vegetables: Cabbage (chopped), Carrot (chopped), Broccoli (small florets), Onion (chopped)
Spices and Flavors: Ginger (minced), Garlic (Lahsun, minced)
Cooked Rice: 2 cups
Sauces: Tomato ketchup (1 teaspoon), Soya sauce (1 teaspoon), Schezwan sauce (1 teaspoon), Vinegar (½ teaspoon)
Seasoning: Maggi Masala, Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
Oil: For stir-frying
Garnish: Chopped coriander
