Flipkart worst service, wrong commitments and pulling their hands off after selling their products and services online.
What's the use of online purchasing, if you direct your customers to reseller/ vendors/ suppliers for issues related to the products or services purchased on flipkart App or website.
I purchased OPPO Enco buds on flipkart. It was delivered on time and when I check the product, it was defective. The right ear bud wasn't working and was in non functional condition.
I requested for a refund with flipkart and they are asking me to call OPPO service centre. Now, OPPO is asking to visit service centre in Dadar for any complaints related to the product.
The conclusion, we think that discounts are offered online but with that mental torture is Free of Cost.
Online market is becoming fraud and taking the advantage of the convinence of the customers who is ordering online.
Without my concern the flipkart team closed my case from their end and customer support is superb in redirecting their work on other company, OPPO.
