Under PM SHRI, we live by 'Learning Without Burden'—nurturing dreams and young minds every day. Government Primary School was established in 1968 by the government of Mizoram. This is a friendly, welcoming school where children are happy and enjoy learning. Our vision is to grow GREAT citizens, empowered to live successfully in their personal and global lives. We highly value connections with our

parents and community. Building strong family and community partnerships enables us to maximise the learning and social experiences of our students. The motto of our school is "Learning Without Burden" which recommend effective ways and means that can be used to reduce the load on our school students at all levels. It mainly aimed to reduce this load of young students and sought to improve the quality of learning with the inclusion of the capability of life-long self-learning and skill formulation.
